The B&B was in a great location easy to get into Bari Central by train . In the centre of Valenzano It was Clean and well provided for in a small town . Large double room & bathroom both with plenty of space and a large balcony to sit outside. I loved the access to the kitchen area which has a microwave & coffee machine. And the outdoor space for all and private balconies are fantastic. A lot of thought has gone into the premises. With lovely personal touches.

As a solo traveller of a certain age (60+) i would have prefered if there was someone on the premises , hence why i opted for a B&B and not airbnb. I understand that faceless facilities are probably the way forward for many B&B owners but next time i would opt for owner occupancy if available on my next destination. That said. I cannot fault the accommodation, nor the people who run it as, they were very communicative via whattsapp. this comment reflects my own personal thought for me not others .

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the train station, in the centre of town. Everything was withing easy walking distance. Check in was automated with our host sending instructions via WhatsApp, and it worked fine. My husband only met our host once to pay the bill as we needed to use the machine to pay by credit card, but the woman who cleaned and fixed the breakfast was pleasant. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Bathroom in general and shower in particular were more spacious than is usual in Italian B&Bs. We had a lovely private balcony overlooking the terrace below, with a small table and chairs and (bonus!) a clothesline with a basket of clothes pins. As we travel very light with only carry on, we appreciate being able to wash some clothing and hang it to dry. Wifi was good, and reakfast was about average. All in all a very positive experience and we would certainly stay here again.

While it was nice to have breakfast provided on-site, I think we've been spoiled by a few B&Bs that provide a really nice breakfast that includes fresh fruits and perhaps eggs and/or meats and cheeses as well as home baked cakes/pastries. However, we did get fruit juice, yogurt, biscuits, coffee/tea, and a small assortment of purchased baked goods so the breakfast was certainly adequate.

The staff were extremely helpful and absolutely lovely. They understood that the room was too cold and the gentleman that instructed me (via WhatsApp) about the amenities in the room let me know that I could use the AC on full blast (on the hot setting, of course), in order to make the room feel more comfortable. The room itself was perfect. The lady that served the breakfast (which was delicious) next morning was delightful. She didn’t speak a lot of English, but she was trying her best and was very-very smiling and kind. She also helped me carry my large suitcase (in the photo) down the stairs (there are 2 sets of narrow stairs) as I was handling the other suitcase and backpack. I hope she understood how much her help meant to me. ♥️

This is only a kind warning for people who travel with a lot of luggage: be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Its not very accessible. But that’s just how the building was constructed, its not the host’s fault. they were amazing! 🥰

The coffee and cornetto at the bar around the corner every morning was great, and the location of the B&B means it's very easy to walk anywhere you'd like, including some of the best focaccia in Puglia.

Stairs going up 2 flights. For me is ok, but if mobility issues, then it could be a issue.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Variety of choice for breakfast. I think a bit more intercontinental style wouldn't harm. Clean property, bedroom and kitchen style and furniture, friendly staff.

The main door was a bit noisy due to it being a bit hard to close but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. :)

Honestly one of the best places I've stayed in my travels. Amazing staff, Floriana and Laura are superbly helpful and everything is clean and organized. I was sad of leaving Valenzano and this Casa Gnoni, was even starting to feel it like my own house. There is also a car renting place kind of close to the house, called Special Car, which is quite affordable for a young couple like us. Do not stay in the middle of Bari's mess, stay with Floriana instead, you will not regret at all.

The room we had didn't have windows but some sort of roof sky window. But this is nitpicking.
