Good location, next to the main road. My room had mountain view, which was great, do not hear any noise from the road. Spacious garage with several parking lots. Few parking lots outside, just next to the hotel building. Breakfast was very good, diverse offer. Staff was very polite and helpful. Cleaning was perfect. Rooms are spacious enough, with a balcony and great mountain view. San Vito is great choice for those who prefer walking and riding a bike. There is a long bike trail passing next to the hotel. Ski buss station is just in front of the hotel, taking you to the Cortina ski center and back. This is not a modern hotel, interior is more vintage, with many tiny details made in wood.

If you need some shopping, closest store is ~10min of walk. Walls are not thick, you can hear voices and talk from next room or corridor. Beds are bit softer than I like.

Excellent location. Approximately 15-20 minutes drive to the ski slopes in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The hotel has private parking. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The quality of Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was included. It was tasty and had a decent variety of food to choose from. You also have the option to eat the dinner at their restaurant. We chose to do so a few times and the food was always very good. Alternatively there are a couple of nice restaurants close by, in the center of San Vito di Cadore. The hosts were very nice, always smiling and ready to help with information about the area. We had to check out early (5 am) and they prepared a small breakfast for us from the evening to have it before leaving, although regular breakfast time was during 7:30-10:00. The price was decent for accommodation in the Cortina d'Ampezzo area during the full ski season, so, in conclusion, the hotel offers good value for the money.

The hotel is run by the owners, who were concerned at all times that our stay was very comfortable... they made us feel at home! The location of the hotel is very convenient for touring the valley and the facilities are perfect. The room was very spacious for my wife and my one-year-old son. The breakfast was incredible, with local hams and cheeses, as well as a variety of typical cakes and strudels; and fresh fruit. If I were to return to the Dolomites, I would definitely come back here!

First of all - staff. Very pleasant, very kind. As I went during peak period (mid august), kindness in hotels wasn’t granted. So I really felt warmth of the place when getting in this one. Location of the place, quietness of the room. This place preserves proximity to the center of the village (7-10 min by foot) and at the same time peacefulness . Cortina is also very close by car or by bus. Breakfast - fantastic breakfast! The best that I ate during these holidays. Lots of variety, but most importantly- very tasty.

The owner's friendliness and knowledge of surrounding area for hiking options. Forcella Grande is a must. They also gave us a ride to laundromat nearby on a rainy day. Old building but kept nice. Amazing view of Mount Pelmo from our room. Bike/walking trail right behind the property. 5-10 mins walk to the downtown. Quite elaborated breakfast.

The family of Innkeepers - Emilio, Katia, Marko, and Lucia were exceptionally kind, gracious, and helpful. Breakfasts were a complete delight - eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cheeses, meat, yogurt, and delightful croissants with delectable fillings. Amazing way to start a day in the beautiful Dolomites! Our rooms were spotless, bathrooms newly renovated, beds and pillows perfect. Location was good and on-site parking was easy. This family cares about their guests. We were delighted to stay, and sorry to leave. Highly recommend!

If it was possible to give an 11/10, we would. Katia and Emilio were amazing. We arrived late and they picked us up from the bus stop. Once we dropped our bags they insisted on driving us into town for dinner and picking us up again as it was so late. Our room was newly renovated which was not shown in the pictures, so it was a pleasant surprise. The included breakfast was fantastic, the eggs were delicious, and Lucia was so very friendly and b accommodating each morning, always checking in on us. We have travelled Europe extensively, and this was by far our favourite accommodation, plus the views are out of this world. Thanks again Katia, Emilio & Lucia!

The location is fantastic with lots of places to walk including along a cycle path that runs all the way from Cortina to Calalzo with wonderful views. Also the bus stops right outside which is really handy for those without a car. Our room was very warm and cosy which was so nice after a day outside in freezing temperatures. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful and could not do enough to ensure we had the perfect holiday.

We’re not surprised that the hotel gets such great reviews—it’s a very nice place to stay. Our room was recently refurbished and was spacious, comfortable, and very cozy. The view from our balcony, overlooking the picturesque village and mountains, was breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast boxes they prepared for us as we were leaving early for our via ferrata adventure—thank you! Parking was convenient, with a lot available on-site, and when it was full, there were additional spaces in the underground garage.

Nestled in an excellent environment with phenomenal landscapes, this place offers a family-friendly atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail, making us feel right at home. The hospitality was outstanding, they kindly escorted us to the restaurant and picked us up, as we arrived at the hotel after a long motorcycle journey in heavy rain late in the day. The hotel has a fantastic history and legacy. Breakfast full of local products and traditional flavors. A special thank you to Emillio and his family for taking such good care of us!
