We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

The big mirror in front of the bed in the masterbedroom. Bad fengshui. The sound from the neighboring units can be pretty loud but it all depends on what type of guests are staying there too. It was Carnevale so people are partying, we understand.

The responsiveness and nice correspondence from owner when we had trouble accessing facility.

The video in doorway was too loud and not available in English. We could have used a couple of extra blankets but did not want to bother owner who is not on site so did not request them.

Staff was great for checking and water taxis to airport. Made it so easy! Wonderful Restraunts and shopping nearby. Great facility!

Terrace didn’t really have the best view but it was lovely.

We were in apartment #11 for 5 nights. The photos do not do the apartment justice - it is huge! The decor is a beautiful combination of modern and old-world. The kitchen had everything you would need. Especially loved the large en-suite bathrooms with dual-sink vanities. There's an elevator for the upper floors but we didn't need it, being on the 1st floor. Location is great, a 5-minute easy walk from the Rialto stop. There are a couple bars and restaurants right across the alley, and the Despar supermarket was about 6 minutes away. If you go the back way, you can get to St Mark's in 5 minutes, otherwise it's only about 12 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

the location was incredible- steps away from the Rialto bridge but not noisy as it was off a tiny side street. The entrance to the building unassuming but when you stepped into it it was huge. The apartments themselves are very large and well equipped especially for families if you want to heat up kids food etc. Nice touch to have a starter pack with dishwasher tablets etc. The living rooms have exta sofa beds if needed and quite comfortable.

Access is very high tech and if you don't have the patience or wifi to download apps it can be cumbersome - just have to get there in working hours or be tech savvy. I didn't like that there are no common facilities - e.g. toilet in the common area in case you have to wait and the restaurants in Venice don't allow use unless a customer - have to rush to the public loos - not easy! Also for the staff not great - but this is a small issue. The balcony is small and only one in the room we had - just a Juliet balcony - j but there is a view from the window and you can see the activities on the canals beneath you

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was a short 2min walk to Rialto Bridge and 6 mins to St. Marks Square. Restaurants were close by and many to choose from. Staff were amazing in answering all my emails and questions promptly. They even organised the water taxi for me. The quality of furnishings sheets towels and size of apartment was excellent. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the fact they had a good working lift was a bonus. We stayed in 204 and had a great view of the canals. We had 2 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The marble floors were very elegant. The appliances were good quality SMEG. The water doc at the front entry was so convenient. This is an outstanding property that I would return to any day. Highly recommended.

Loved everything.

Just a minute’s walk from Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal, the location was great. The apartment was newly renovated quite beautifully. Everything was provided for and there was staff available during the day to help you check in.

We liked the location, size, and ability to store our bags before and after check in. Big windows opening to canal for us to watch boats passing was really cool. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was ideal for our 3 adult couples. The full apartment was a much better value than 3 small hotel rooms. After spending a full day walking Venice, we brought dinner and wine back to apartment. We enjoyed dinner around dining table watching boats pass as we planned our next day!

We went the tail end of September and many of us were bit by mosquitoes at night. We could have taken precautions had we known that upfront. Like shut all windows at night, keep bodies covered going to bed, use bug spray on face, find and kill them before falling asleep. This was a minor issue for us, but could have been avoided had we known.

Rooms were spacious, new, and well maintained. Bathroom shower was great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We were allowed to drop off our bags early before room was ready. Did not use kitchen much, but it had all the essentials if we were staying longer. Compared to other places we stayed in Italy, it seemed a good value.

We were sent an email to register online. Unfortunately, the app would not recognize our passport numbers and we had to register in person. Not a problem since we arrived during business hours. Since no physical keys are provided, it would be difficult to stay there without a cell phone. As most places in Italy, washcloths are not provided in the bathroom but that may just be a European thing.

The room is cozy and high tech. The air conditioner is controlled via auto commute system. Thanks for Nicolo who is helping me with the commute water taxi and help me communicate with the driver with the train delay issues and meeting point. Nicolo speaks very good English and has good memories and logical.The room locates in the center of mainland surrounded by cafe bar and clothes store. The grocery store is within 5 minutes walk.The roof is really high which attributes the old school medieval.

Mosquitos were in the room.Though there were mousquito coils in the room all day long, it is hard to be avoid because the room is beside canal.
