Received a map of Venice when I booked in at reception and he explained/guide me on the map where the main attractions were, much appreciated!! Also got a bottle of water everyday in the room. Room, bathroom very clean. Clean white bed linen and towels. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very secure with electronic key to room and entrance to building

However, in your e-mails to clients BEFORE they leave, mention that this is NOT a hotel and that the name of the residence is NOT on the door and to look for a different name and provide the entrance CODE BEFORE ARRIVAL. We mentioned that we would be arriving about 9PM. We came in late by plane and did not look at our texts so had a somewhat difficult time getting in. Not fun walking up and down an alleyway in the rain looking for a hotel. It was only with the help of a passing man who took the time to help - otherwise, we wouldn't know how to get in.

when I woke there was water on the floor close to me bed and on the way to the bathroom so I think it’s something to do with plumbing or sewerage. our Rooms was rather small for 2 people with luggage I had to keep my suitcase close to the main door. the building has no elevator as well so we had to climb a lot of staircases with luggage just to get to our room. so if you have a heavy luggage …..be prepared 😆

Not a complaint, Just a warner to the unexperienced travelers. Be mindful that’s it’s on the second floor and there’s no elevator just like 90% of everywhere in Italy, And to get there you will see a few staircases to go up and down in the streets, So, My tip is: don’t bring 200kls of luggage if you’re traveling around Italy… backpack and a hand luggage max will do it! I did it like that traveling 27 days so.. other than that The hotel is absolutely amazing I’d stay there another 100 times! 🫶

The hotel is in a great location near St Marks and Le Fenice Theatre. The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging transfer from the airport to the hotel by water taxi and coming to meet us. They also offered some really good suggestions on where to eat for breakfast and other meals and were equally helpful with storing luggage on the day of our checkout. Excellent service

It wasn't a problem but the hotel is in an older building and hence does not have an elevator nor offers breakfast but we were able to buy a great breakfast 2 minutes away at an excellent location suggested by the hotel and frequented by locals and tourists alike

Fantastic air conditioning - seriously, the best in the city that we found. Staff was amazing to work with and literally saved our trip. We didn't realize how far the cruise port was and they explained and got us immediately on a water taxi to the train station (even carried my bag for me) and told us which trains to take. We would not have made it on time without their help! Great directions to get there too, very easy to find. They even remembered to accommodate my request for extra pillows! Highly recommend.

There were 1.5 flights of stairs to get to our room/the lobby, but that was to be expected.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from all the shops and main square. The staff were super friendly and approachable, check-in was very quick, they helped us with suitcases (no elevator) and gave us some recommendations for food and drink. They also provided clear instructions on how to reach the hotel from the train station, and contacted us in advance if we needed anything. The room was nice, clean and simple. Had a TV, fridge, big wardrobe, mini toiletries, nice towels, bed was fine, private bathroom was fine too. I would happily stay here again!!

The drain in the bathroom sometimes smelt after a shower. We didn't spend much time in the hotel during the day so this wasn't a major problem for us, we just showered in the morning so it was ok by the evening. Windows opened nice and wide so we had fresh air anyway.

I contacted Ca' Pedrocchi in advance as it was my mother's 60th birthday, and I enquired if there was any chance of putting out some small decorations. The hotel were excellent and very fast with their response. They offered a room overlooking one of Venice's most famous streets and a little selection of decorations and a bottle of Proseco, at no extra charge. My mother has always wanted to visit Venice, and the hotel contributed towards making this a memorable trip and one that she will never forget. I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful staff and hotel. My mother and father loved the location of the hotel and commented that everything was within walking distance. The hotel is literally located within San Marco, with shops and restaurants all around the area. They said the room was great. It was a little on the small side, but nothing that would hinder a 3 night stay. A staff member highlighted sights to visit on a map and gave hints and tips to make their visit even more special. Again, I can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality and making my mother's birthday one that she will remember for a long time.

Beautiful property in the heart of Venice. If you’re just after a place to use as a base & sleep then you won’t find better. The host is superb offering excellent advice on places to eat & visit. Room is spotless and not at all noisy (we were on 3rd floor) with windows closed. Comfy and homely with a lovely sitting area & beautifully decorated with art & statues. A proper coffee machine provided too! Can’t rate this place highly enough for comfort and service. Highly recommended.
