close to the heart of the city, it was a clean room. has private lockers for your valuables. kitchen was kept clean at all times, they actually recycle.

the reception closes at 8pm and charge you €50 if you’re late. even if you check out past 10:30am, they charge you €50. that’s quite high in my opinion. you either bring your own sheets, or borrow from them and get charged for that too.

The location was just in the heart of Venice, staff was vert pleasant, bad very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet was inside the room, the place is not over crowded, also they provide storage with key, so it makes my experience very cozy and filling like I’m in home💙💛

I pay extra for the linens , in my opinion it better to include this amount in the price

Rupu greeted us and showed us around. He was very friendly and really helpful. The location is amazing, close to so many things. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, and was warm. Apart from the bed dipping in the middle, it was pretty comfortable.

We had to wait until 3pm to check in. We already paid £300 for two nights, but then had to pay an extra £5 each for sheets... each? Even though we were sharing the sheets for one bed. Then an extra £5 each for a towel.

Nice shared room, big and with comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms and kitchen.

Since it's a room in a big flat you have no possibility to get privacy while you sleep and other roommates come back later. No curtains or beds protecting you from the bulb light.

- I felt very safe in the hostel - Easy to meet new people - It was quite clean - Location is exceptional: attractions, bars, restaurants and boat station are right next to the hostel - Extremely friendly staff, they let me stay there in the hostel in the middle of the day after the check out to charge my phone

- Please do something about the mosquitoes or conditioning , in 2 days I almost didn't sleep. I just feel tired. It was really hot so we kept our window open in the evening so it attracted the bugs and we got biten by mosquitoes all over the place - Squeaking bad

Reception was so kind

it was too cold to sleep. We let reception know and he gave us an extra blanket. he said he will turn on the heat but I don’t know. The room was so cold 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wonderful staff, they were very friendly and polite. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. The location was very close to the boat station, we took our luggage easily to the apartment (there was no bridge on our way!)

We were on the first floor and it was damp smell all the time in our room.

the personnel were kind, and the location of the property was awesome.

the last night of my stay, I get bother by two girls checked in at 1:30 a.m. make lots if noises, and then another girl came at 3 a.m. again start taking shower and fixing her bags, and again after that two girl woke up at 5 a.m. get dressed with lots of noises and went out. absouloutly was a night with out sleep, but I can’t blame the property since it was share room.

I read the reviews and thought it would be a nightmare. in fact, everything is fine. the room is clean, the bathroom too, the kitchen has everything you need. a little damp, but that's how it is everywhere here. At night the battery turns on and it is very warm. the location is just super! The owner is polite and caring. Thank you!

Very convenient location, just 20 min slow walking and you are on main channel or on Sant Marco square. Especially, if you like evening romance of Venice and Sant Marco square' s life music. It is so fast and smoothly to get there and around. It is located really in heart of Venice. It is clean and like private apartment, very friendly and comfortably inside. It has big terace for sitting outside, especially, for morning coffee , listening early bells if churche. The rooms of common usage- Bathroom, Kitchen were always available and you really feel like you are guesting in some local family apartment. The administrator was always smiling and ready to support if some questions. Close to this is very good Picceria, done piccas on place not from fridge warmed up. I recommend those places to my friends.
