The hotel is relatively old by design. If you like it, then it's also a plus :)

We stayed the for 6 nights. One of the best places we stayed ever. First line to the lake. Big room with very comfortable beds. Great view. Lots of different options for breakfast. Nice smile staff.

Classical interior, spacious, and quiet. Above all, splendid views of Maggiore! The restaurant at the hotel served excellent meals and reasonable price. The breakfast was wholesome, as well. Free and safe parking nearby was an added merit, for an Italian city, something of a rarity.

The Wifi was a bit weak at the room.

Wonderful location on the shores of the lake. Lovely, helpful reception. Spacious room. Decent air conditioning (needed during our stay).

The size of the room was enormous, with a stunning view on the lake. The room was very bright. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but very neat, clean and provides anything you need.

Amazing view of the lake, renovated bathroom and floor (we stayed in the big room with lake view), old furniture which I actually liked as it gives a vintage vibe, nice staff.

Hotel is really in excellent location. View to lake and mountains is beautiful. If you prefer to stay in hotel with big rooms, this is good choice. Rooms are large enough, you feel that it was luxurious hotel some time ago. Yes, it is not extremely modern, but if you like "nostalgia" and heavy keys instead of plastic card, this is your place. Breakfast was also very good, you can find something for everyone.

We had only one problem - as in Italy, English is sometimes little problem. Finally, we solved everything and we had great time in Europalace. Thanks

It was a bit cold in the room. We tried fixing the heating sensor on the wall up to 23 but still did not work. We were here end of October This is an old fashion hotel, it has its charm. It is simple.

The location is top. We had a beautiful view with 2 small balconies facing the lake. It is close to the restaurants and right on the walking area of the city. The receptionist and the man serving us breakfast were so friendly. The room was very big. 30msq. Parking is free on the right side of the hotel (the white places) and it is very close. 1 minute walking. On the left side there are many parking spaces also but you pay (the blue ones). Ferry boat is 1 minute also from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Despite the new bathroom , a small upgrade of the furniture and addition of small fridge can really increase the value of the hotel
