The view from the terrace and from our room of Vieste was superb. The staff were very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was very good although because of the weather we couldn't eat outside with a view of the sea which i imagine could be a really enjoyable experience.

No Vieste information in the room, no hotel information in the room, couldn’t dial reception as there was no number, no sample menu’s or information about the restaurant, I did ask for fresh rolls for breakfast and they were provided.

Great location for walking to the old city. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was a great choice on our first night.

The terrace is common for several rooms. The room is rather small, very small door and window. Bed and mattress rather uncomfortable. One would expect more for the price.

lovely room off a huge shared terrace with great view towards Vieste, we had the very last room, ( the best room) so didnt have people walking past. very clean, we had two days here & enjoyed the easy walk into the old town.

the bed was terrible so uncomfortable could feel the springs thru the mattress! we were sent to a cafe near the port, with a included breakfast voucher, very unfriendly lady served us, its a coffee & croissant, as we were on cycle tour we asked if we could have two, it was made very clear only 1. there is so many nicer cafe’s to be given breakfast voucher & alot closer walk to the town. abit disappointing as it was my husbands birthday i feel the place is over priced!

Location was good

The building is a work in progress. Lift is installed but not working. Reception closes TOO early for summer travellers 7 pm close of reception is too early they should be available until at leat 9 pm. Towels were not provided in the room and because we arrive at 6:45 pm by the time we realise reception was closed. Only provided with one swipe key per rooom requested an additonal one and were told an extra was not possible. Very disppointed. The key provided had the name of the hotel and the room number printed on them which was a security issues as the door to the accomodation was also unlock so if we had lost a key around town the finder would have been able to access our room. Breakfast was nice.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The hotel itself looks like it is in good condition. The dining patio looked nice although we did not eat there.

While booking.com advertised that there was wifi in the rooms, there wasn't. It was also very weak throughout the property. If they invested money into making the rooms more comfortable with a comfy bed and nicer furniture, it would make a huge difference. The furniture looks very cheap. They also need umbrella's on the upper terrace. Very small rooms.

Amazing location

The hotels own outdoor disco 🙉 Anyone could walk directly off the street to the upstairs hotel hallway. Not secure.

Full lack of charm, rooms are very basics and very noisy (can almost understand conversations from the rooms around). Overall the ambiance is really cold. Breakfast deadline was 9:30 while we were 2 customers in the entire hotel.
