The property was clean inside and out. I’m glad parking deck joined to the hotel. The staff were very professional friendly. Our rooms were clean when we return from Bush Garden that night. Our room facing the water fall was beautiful even though it was too cold to turn the water on the the pond itself was Beautiful with the Christmas tree 🎄

Nothing to complain about

The hotel was unable to locate a reservation, the name was slightly misspelled on the reservation and the front desk was unable to pick up on the error. Our employee had to pay out of pocket for his stay. However, the Hotel not long after charged our business card for a "no show". Making a total of 3 charges for 1 stay, the hotel later dropped the "no show" charge, but the room cost our school district double because of the error.

Location the lobby area is really nice and inviting from desk services really friendly/professional LOCATION and the water circle outside - along with the walking distance of the shops

People in rm317 all night disturbance! Knocking and banging, even on our door. I had to call downstairs. Pool to small and not cared for to be a Marriott property. No microwave in the room.

The hotel was very accomodating and the Breakfast was AMAZING.

Could have used a few more servers for the restaurant due to having such a large group that checked in Friday night, otherwise everything else was fine. Mr. Taylor was EXCEPTIONAL and deserves a raise. He was the ONLY person available to assist with luggage on Friday evening and all day Saturday and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to satisfy everyone's needs.

had a hard tine getting from the train station to the hotel. Could not reach the hotel to get service, no phone number to the hotel. had to go through a third party. really was upsetting coming in at night and no one to contact. Luckly, a car service meets the train when it comes in, otherwise I would have been stuck at the train station alone at night..

The stay was great 👍🏾 our room was spacious the breakfast and delicious.

I didn't like that I itched from my head to my legs in bed. Not sure if it's the detergent used I took 1 benadryl before I went to bed and 2 more at 2 am that morning.😔 So I didn't get much sleep as I wished.

the view and the different things to eat and do with in walking distance

with the high price for a room for one night or more and it doesn’t have a real spots bar feel some people like to be able to do everything at there stay eat,drink, and watch some sports at a nice bar

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to where we wanted to be in the area. Had stayed there several years ago.

Wasn't informed we had to request our room to be refreshed. Had dinner in the restaurant and don't know if short staffed or what, but my dinner arrived 20 minutes after my husband's. We did not do breakfast there.
