The front desk staff was awesome. I called in the morning to get an early check in, he remembered my name when I arrived. Super friendly, great service.

The breakfast was good. I think a lot of people were in town for a concert, so it was a late night and a few people came to the breakfast area right before it ended at 9:30, there were 2 people waiting in line to make waffles. The workers removed the batter right at 9:30 without even asking the other people if they wanted to take some of it before the put it away. It probably would have delayed them clearing the breakfast items by 5 minutes maybe. Those workers didn't seem to be very customer service focused at all. The room did have a weird smell, so we just sprayed room spray. I'm guessing the carpet could probably use a cleaning

Fresh popcorn daily, the rooms were very nice size, very clean, also had fridge and microwave, was centrally located near resturants and stores, coin operated laundry facility

What I liked was the staff was very nice and courteous the rooms were very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was really nothing I didn't like other than the reason I was there I had a death in the family I lost my brother and have to come identify the body

If I was really hungry I would have eaten the breakfast. It was as expected, both hot eggs as well as other foods to eat.

Well the bed felt comfortable, but by day two my back was hurting. I think that the bed was a little too soft for me.

Th breakfast was good and the location was good as well.

Iron was broken, toilet ran, and shower head needs to be replaced.

It was hard to choose a hotel due to being nervous about location and cleanliness. We took a chance on this one and it was good. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Looking under the table in the room, I could see that the carpet was not swept well along the baseboards. In the toilet and shower room, when closing the door, if a person would fall or pass out, there would be no way to open the door to help them. Because of our age, I told my wife to leave the door open.

we had to move to another hotel at 5:00 in the morning and the front desk attendant was very very helpful couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and was clean and good breakfast..!!! and I needed a lower floor room and it was no problem getting it

Close to lots of attractions. Seemed to be a nice area of town.

Bedding was basically a sheet. Needs better linens. A blanket would have been great.
