Plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. Quick check in and a delicious warm cookie as a welcome !! Our room was very clean and comfortable !! Very reasonable rates for the Chicago area. The family owned restaurant attached was very good. We went to a concert at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts which was in walking distance. We would stay here again!!

The hotel property was just a few minutes walk to the shopping mall, with great food choices around the area, all within walking distance which is rare in the US. The facilities were complete, the gym was sufficient for my needs, there's even a heated indoor pool (great during the cold season). We liked the freebie cookies, they were served warm!

Quiet, clean, great location for my needs. Housekeeping did a great job and were extremely courteous, as was the front desk staff. High end fixtures in the bathroom but could have used a fan.

Pen and paper in the room would have been helpful.

The hotel was in a reasonably convenient location for my purposes. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. No complaints about the room. The restaurant attached to the hotel (affiliated with the hotel or not I do not know) is good and not outrageously priced. The absence of a separate charge for parking is a plus.

No complaints, but I did not need much from the hotel.

The staff and location were excellent. The walls seemed a bit thin since we heard people in the hallway and next door, but luckily it was not that bad. The room (king bed) was very large and had a small refrigerator, so we did not pay for breakfast and instead bought our own food. A small mall across the street and a nice park a short walk away. Overall a great value and would stay again.

Didn’t include any sort of breakfast and charged $2 a bottle for what are usually complimentary water bottles left in the room. Fairly nit picky I admit.

Is very far to the downtown .. one hour in train and and have to take taxi every day for going to the train station ,,,

Great the chef made everything taste delicious, the staff was amazingly kind and professional.

The complementary coffee in the lobby was cold horrible and rarely available. I’ve stayed at other properties that had an amazing coffee bar which was always available . Breakfast was not included and I’d prefer to stay at a property that includes the breakfast. Also no hotel ship would be another reason I would stay elsewhere.

There was a blood stain on the best sheet which is a first time for me because I normally stay with this hotel everytime I visit Chicago. I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I put a towel on the sheet and slept for the night.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our travel. Clean and nice room, clean bathroom

To use wifi your either have to sign up for the "honors" program or pay $10 for just 2 nights we've spent there. This level of hotels could get better and provide free internet without conditions.
