Beautiful lobby area Loved all the gorgeous Christmas decorations. Hope they do it again next year. Wonderful food. Friendly check-in and check-out

Had a little problem with asking for a privacy shade in my room to be fixed twice. It was not fixed. Got dressed in the bathroom. Again let them know when I checked out. The bathroom knob to turn on the water to take and bath or shower takes two hands to pull out. Very hard if to do especially when you have arthritis. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously.

The building itself is very elegant and refined. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. It is truely luxurious

The restaurant/breakfast area is in a remote part of the hotel and does not offer continental breakfast. Also the parking fees and services are a bit confusing which inclines you to use the valet service which can end up being more expensive.

The room was a good size and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom products provided were nice. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The in and out valet service was fantastic.

The towels did not absorb water, mostly pushed it around. The room faced a large street and the noise at night was hard to sleep through with cars revving at all hours.

Very clean, hallways were clean and surrounding areas were. Parking was easy and accessible, everybody was extremely polite and helpful. There was a fridge in the room that helped with beverages and a lot of storage space.

Minor… the tv didn’t have any option of a streaming service. It would have been nice to log in to our Netflix or similar service.

The staff and location were both phenomenal. There are so many things to do within walking distance. Every person on staff that we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a large executive hotel with beautiful facilities and a great location. We were going to a Rose Bowl Game and it was just close enough to uber or walk. And easy access to Colorado Street and historical areas. Great hotel.

It was centrally located and beautiful.

One of my group members sat on a seat in lobby and her backside was pierced by a sharp piece of glass causing her to bleed. When she brought it to the staffs attention all they said was do you want a band-aid?

Beds are very comfy, breakfast is great and staff at the restaurant are friendly and tentative. I ended up in a handicap adapted room, which meant a very large room and bathroom, which was nice. Close to Pasadena high street where there are many restaurants and shops, 10 minute walk away.

I wanted to use the laundry service, and normally you just leave the dirty laundry in the provideed laundry bag, fill out the form and the housekeeping team take it and bring it back when it's clean. But they never took my items. When i checked out, they told me i should have brought it to reception - that was not clear anywhere, and i have never had to do that at other hotels. A little note with instructions would help!

Room is spacious. Lobby is clean and open. Pool was nice.

The extra parking fee, which was fine if you factor in the lower room price. But the surcharge for parking in-and-out was not cool.

The grounds were beautiful, all the staff was friendly.

Just one tiny thing, the shower looked clean, when I was showering, I noticed these very long hairs on the wall of the shower.
