I booked this place for being so close to the Rosebowl and let me tell you that the hotel exceeded my expectations. Pretty quiet at any time, familiar environment, bed and pillows were VERY COMFORTABLE, sheets and towels clean, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was awesome, so helpful and nice. The hotel is located exactly at one of the main streets of Pasadena so the bus stop is right outside the hotel and the metro station is just a couple of blocks. A delightful experience for a fair & accesible price, definitely I will come back.

I have no complaints this place is awesome.

large, roomy room was liked. good frig, good desk and desk chair were liked. big bed and just the right amount of softness of the mattress, the heater worked well. When I had trouble with TV, the manager was very helpful. Being in central Pasadena helped me with appointments and shopping.

I wish there was breakfast of some sort, although know that if you offer unhealthy food, I wouldn't eat it anyway. If simple, healthy breakfast could be offered, the "value" would go way up in my mind. I was bothered by people smoking in the parking lot, but I guess that can't be helped...?

The staff, from Vicky on down, were excellent. We had minor problem with cable TV in our room, Vicky moved us right away Rooms were emasculate! I can't say enough good things about the staff.

The bathroom exhaust was not working well. But we had a window to open, so no big deal. But again, the staff was excellent.

My room was clean. I could see my car in the parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really don't require much, but was very happy with the room.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. It's an older hotel, in an older part of Pasadena. There are plenty of places to get any supplies you might need. Drug stores are close. Restaurants are plentiful. For me, it's the perfect location.

I appreciated that the firm mattress was a help for my hip pain. This helps for my next bed purchase and though I didn't get to the jacuzzi a positive comment from the manager provided a revealing incentive during my stay.

Being on a lower floor would help to access the jacuzzi quicker (har har). There were both personal and business matters needing my attention and the booking process was helpful. I paid cash on my arrival and read the fine print.

It was a nice walk to the Caltech campus less than 30 minutes). Nice choice of nearby eating establishments (Bay Poke, Flame Broiler).

No breakfast was offered or included. Even more important, there was no EV charging available.

I love the location, very accessible to restaurants, shopping center, grocery store, and the people from reception was absolutely, sweet and kindly.

unfortunately other guests, puts the TVs for two nights very laughter volume and also talking and laughing so laugh, I don’t know if they are next to my room or on the second floor on top of my room:

The location was perfect for what we needed. The facilities were as expected, staff was friendly, I was able to connect to the Wifi and work remotely with no issues. Very straightforward experience.

The bathroom was a little outdated and a few things broken, but nothing bad enough to complain to the management.
