The staff went above to accommodate us. We ended staying because of flight delays. Booked online but when arrived told no room. Staff found us a room for our 3 hour stay to get some rest.

Booking experience that wasn't the fault of the staff. Had to wait over an hour to finally get a room to be able to get a little rest before returning to the airport. One guest was tying up 2 rooms.

It were very quiet the staff was wonderful some of them and I enjoyed my stay.

it's had to many roaches walking in the beds all in the bathroom and in the kitchen that it need to be bomb from the top floor all way down to the bottom.

Staff was very polite didn't have no problem checking in and I enjoyed enjoyed the stay

It's nowhere for the children to play when you traveling with children like a small playground because it's not good to keep them cooped up in the room all the time

The bathroom I don’t think it was clean enough to take a shower so I just wash up

Vey clean and nice the only thing was short small shampo as I came from airport and they did not let people to have shampo on carry bag

My family and I loved the comfort and respect that all the staff provided. We felt safe . Thank you
