The extra room in the queen suite was amazing.

Sheryl at the Front Desk was so Helpful and welcoming! She made our check-in and stay so effortless! We appreciated her her kindness and sense of humor during our stay!

If I had to mention a con, I just wish the room had been more Deodorized. We could tell there had been pets in the room when we walked in. However, Everything else was Superfantastic, and we will be a repeat customer of Hampton Inn Altoona!

Great breakfast options. After we had checked out, I thought I had lost an earring in the room while we were there. I called the hotel and the young lady working actually took the time to go to the room to check to see if she could find it. She called me back to tell me she couldn't find it. I actually had just misplaced the earring and found it the following day.

The pool was very clean, check in was great , staff was awesome as always!

I found some used woman products in the smaller room we rented on the floor. The 2 queen suite room usually comes.with silverware, glasses and.plates, there were none of that in the kitchen this time..but overall a great stay.

The pool area was beautiful! Warm and very inviting environment. Also liked the entrance right off the elevator, very convenient. Staff was wonderful, super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

We used the couch pull out bed for my step son to sleep on, when we pulled it out we found (what I think was) pistachio shells and dryer sheets and other small pieces of trash under the couch. Price was a tad steep.

Every staff member was amazing. Cheryl who worked the 3-11 shift speaks everyone she sees you. The pool and hot tub were great...pool was actually heated...felt so good to walk right in.

They are in the middle of remodeling the hotel but even the staff doing that was friendly

My favorite part was how the sheets and towels did NOT smell like bleach. That is my only allergy, so it is very important. The room was clean, and all of the staff were very friendly.

Please stock the coffee bar a little more. Breakfast was OK. The omelets were mediocre. Next time, I'll try a waffle!

We Love staying at Hampton Inn and Suites wherever we go! They have Wonderful Customer Service Attendants, Clean Rooms that are Beautiful and Spacious. Really Nice Breakfast and Great Coffee! Overall, Our stays at Hampton Inn Hotels & Suites never disappoint and are Always Exceptional!!!!

Breakfast was well stocked at all times with many options! The dining staff were constantly cleaning and sanitizing the area. The women were extremely friendly and asked if there was anything we needed. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly from front desk to housekeeping! Our room was very clean!

Nothing this stay! We stay in Hampton Inns often but have been disappointed lately in many of our locations and have almost given up on them. This Altoona stay gave us hope that things are improving with the quality again.

Was in the area for a wedding that started at 3pm. Standard check in is 3:00 but I called ahead to see if early check in was possible so we could get ready. The friendly staff made sure our room was available at 1:00. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to many stores and restaurants.
