The price was good & I was happy with what I got. They had a shuttle to & from airport, driver was great. The room was quiet & clean. Staff helped answer my questions. It's not super fancy & updated but did the job at a good price.

They have rooms for smoking & non smoking. The hallway smelled like smoke but my room was good without oder so I was still happy with my experience.

Lack of proper response by staff when I called from airport about shuttle, they simply said no shuttle after 10 PM(it was only 10:10 PM or so) and disconnected the call. Had to pay $26 for a cab to reach the hotel :( Also, the corridors were little dirty

The location of hotel is wonderful and feels like a very safe area. Which was a concern of mine since I was leaving my car there to attend concert. Easy checkin. Very clean! My first indication of how clean was when we stepped into elevator. Cleanest, best smelling elevator I've ever been on! Beds were soooo comfy and bedding was sweet! Towels looked new ❤ No stains. My son had the breakfast twice! He loved it. I slept in. Room was very quiet even being on freeway and near DFW! We will be back

Air conditioner was a little noisy. Could probably use some maintenance but all in all everything was good.

It was perfect for a quick stay when my flight got canceled and everywhere else was twice as much or booked.

Needs up dated. The room smelled old and the A/C wasn’t the greatest.

Staff wasn’t super friendly Didn’t like that they copied out drivers license and left it on the back counter When we checked out the clerk wasn’t very friendly … said thank you and that was it

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What else can you ask for.

The place is a bit run down, but that didn't impact my stay.

I liked the breakfast and the nice and cool rooms the water pressure in the shower was right on top notch!!

Everything was great except when I check my account and it said I was charged way more than the app said that it would be!!! It was supposed to be 107.89 but it’s 185.65 not cool at all

I loved the shuttle to the airport service they had! It was very helpful and convenient. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly enough.

I do think the property was very dated for the price we paid, but other than that any issues I had were quickly resolved!
