The hotel was very clean and well managed. The room was very tidy and well kept as well as the bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I think the price we paid was more because of the location and not the shape of the hotel. I really wish we could find more hotels in these conditions and as clean as this one in areas a little more high end. The parking lot was very well lit so that eased the stress of the location just that much more. Would definitely recommend hotel but just be aware of the neighborhood.

Quiet area,rooms were clean looks new

Pool was dirty,hottub jets didnt work,ask the front desk was the pool pump & filter turned on was told that wasnt that type of pool,was told people comes out & cleans it twice a week,,didnt look like it though.

Breakfast

Property was good nice room but I called as soon I got in the room the bed spread was dirty had make up, they didn’t changed and they clean the room not they didn’t let any towels 😞 and the water in the shower was not good

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable! The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The breakfast was so so. The coffee machine was broken, but the coffee in the room was good.

Easy to find...close to where I needed to be. Nice bathroom , room was big and spacious with a setting room with sofa...and quiet...

Breakfast could have been better... Juice machine was not working...I love orange juice and cranberry juice...

This hotel was in a safer location and the staff are very friendly. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. I had such a wonderful time and a wonderful sleep.

I guess what disappoint me was the elevator was out of service and the breakfast does need more Improvement.

I stay at this recently remodeled hotel frequently, while on business in Houston, and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is good and the staff almost always accommodates my request for first floor, near the rear exit.

Its was clean and presentable. Really nice hotel to stay at whenever your in the Houston area.

The surrounding area. But it doesn’t affect the stay at all.

The room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

I enjoyed my time here, no complaints.

Excellent staff, very friendly. Great hot breakfast. A great Mexican supermarket El Rancho is on walking distance.
