A great location for us. The front desk was very nice and helped us. The room looked to be clean but with renovations being done, it’s hard to tell.

Because of renovations there’s a lot of debris are. The parking lot had soft debris that wouldn’t damage tires, but we did find some larger pieces of glass. The room was nice but, I assume it hasn’t been updated yet, the carpet was old and looked dirty. The pet fee was a bit high as it’s per day.

It was in a great location. You could walk just a couple of minutes to the gas station, Wendy's, or even Walmart. It was right off of 81.

If you wanted to sleep in you couldn't. The curtains wouldn't close enough to cover the window so sun just streamed right in until the sunset and then sunrise but that's my only complaint really. Everything else was great.

Clean, comfortable, close to the highway

My room.was supposed to be in a non smoking floor but it stank so bad (strong cigarette smell) my husband got sick with a sinus irritation. I'm asthmatic and it affected me too. If it wasn't for this I'd give it a 10

The hotel seems to have been recently remodeled. The room was spacious and clean. It is conveniently located on highway 81. Very pleasantly surprised with the breakfast selection. We expected a much more limited Continental breakfast. The coffee in the kitchen was plentiful and piping hot. I travel for my work and have stayed in many hotels. This one rivaled a number of the Hilton brand hotels I have stayed in. A great value! I will be back.

I wish the desk chair could be raised - I felt like I needed a booster seat. Hot water in the shower was a little spotty and I didn't see any coffee in the room, but I am sure the front desk would have given me some coffee for the coffeemaker if I had felt it was important enough. The pool looked like something to stay away from, but given the current shortage of pool chlorine we shouldn't be surprised. I saw signs that made me think they are about to refresh that too.

The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful! She was pleasant and informative and offered to help us find things to do in the area. The hotel was clean and well cared for. Despite a sign saying the cleaning staff would only wash linens every 3 days to conserve water and we hung our towels instead of leaving them on the floor, they gave us fresh towels each day of our 2-night stay. For some reason though, they did not clean the room or make the bed.

The receptionist who checked us out was not very attentive. Also, the breakfast, while it had a good selection with all the standard items, did not taste good. The OJ tasted so bad and the apple juice was so watery (on day 2) that we couldn't drink them. The eggs were likely Egg Beaters and lacked any flavor. The Belgian waffles were blah (how is that even possible?). And even the yogurt - on day 1 it was good, but on day 2 I think it had spoiled. The sausage was decent. My wife supplemented her breakfast with cereal with milk and was satisfied with that.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

The room had obvious water damage that had been somewhat repaired . there was white speckle on the repairs that had not been sanded down or painted. If not for that the room was large and comfortable.

Dirty mirrors broken phone in room So I was not able to call front desk to a missing coffee maker. I had to go back downstairs and report it I was handed the coffee maker and told to use my personal cell to call the desk

Loved being able to sit out by the pool!

When we arrived into our room there were huge ‘kinda gross’ Hans prints on the mirror. We also had to ask for towels and there was no ironing board.

the fridge was lopsided and there was an incident with the toilet. Management was to the rescue

Convenient to where I was going. Near alot of stores and places to eat

Could have been more choices for breakfast for a special needs person to eat
