We did not have high expectations. Had to stay at a Motel 6 while traveling because Garth Brooks concert had filled up the motels in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how well lit the property was. The room was clean and tidy, new flooring with no carpet was great, clean bathroom (except door jamb (see below) The air conditioning worked great and did not run noisy. Towels were fresh (but on thinner side, of course)

The perfumed air-freshener smell was strong - especially in the lobby. I noticed a filthy bathroom door jamb (down near the floor) that was off putting. The light in the room with toilet and shower was very dim and flickered.

It was clean and comfortable. I liked seeing the pool, even though I didn't have the opportunity to use it. I wish I had more time to do so.

Not being able to escape the cigarette smoke. I thought you weren't to smoke within 25 feet of the buildings, maybe more. It wasn't being enforced at all. I was coughing almost the whole time because of it. The shower was small too, with zero option for taking a bath. I kept bumping the handle, making the water too hot or too cold. And I am NOT a big person.

The room was good value for money, and very convenient for a one-night stay. We were able to bring out pet without any extra fees.

This was not the shiniest Motel 6 I've been to - the shower in particular had seen better days and was a bit icky.

Lack of towels and washclothes compared to the norm . Broken lamps and shower floor could've been cleaner.

The shower had hair on the wall from a previous guest. The maid forgot to wash the walls of the shower stall. everything else was spotless.

It is 12’ driving from downtown, the pool was not working, and my room was not cleaned in the five nights I stayed there. I was given clean towels and sheets, though.
