I want to give this hotel an excellent review as I have seen so many negative posts. The location is perfect and in a safe area, near to shops and restaurants. This was my fourth stay here and I have always received a warm welcome here. The rooms and bathrooms may be a bit small but this is a city hotel and is excellent value for money.

The lady at reception ( whom I had not seen before)was very rude to me on checking out. I did e mail the hotel concerning the issue but have not received a reply. This was very unfortunate as the rest of the staff at reception and everywhere else in the hotel are so friendly. That is why I choose to stay at the Carsson on my visits to Buenos Aires.

Reaaly good location, close to city center. Clean every day. Simple funiture but still pretty comfortable. Very good and friendly staff. We like the breakfast too.

As for me the beds are too hard. And we take the room with window to patio. So the size of the room is tiny itself, without window on street was a bit uncomfortable. Next time should take room with a better view (if exist). And we hear all our neigbours, like they are living with us, so the sound isolation is poor. All water in the room is payable, so put attention to notifications (i guess we missed those )

Unfriendly reception who makes you feel awkward.

Location and staff were great. The hotel itself is very clean and nice inside.

Was a shame the resturant was only open for Breakfast and I feel the breakfast was very basic (for my taste) would have liked to have seen some cooked options but it was fine.

Decent location, nice and central. Excellent breakfast. Good facilities.

Central but an enclosed and not the cleanest street. But perhaps that is just Buenos Aires so hard to be too critical.

The staff were all excellent, helpful beyond all expectations. The room rate was excellent.

On this my second stay in less than a month I was placed in a room adjoining the stairs well on the first floor, so literally everyone who went up or down the stairs could be heard through the wall.

So far everythink was ok. The location was perfect for us

toilet paper inconvenience, bottle soap inconveniences, bathroom was leaking. building is too old. we have a problem with the elevator.

Hotel staff were lovely welcoming and friendly Breakfast had an amazing selection Good location close to the city centre and a short taxi ride to La Boca

Worth upgrading for $10 for a bigger room as standard rooms are quite small Beds are a little uncomfy but okay

Location can not get any better.. close to everything, and safe area to walk around in day and night..hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful.. highly recommended...
