Location works really well if you’re arriving/departing Buenos Aires Airports esp Jorge Newbury. We use when travelling through BA, it’s an easy walk to Calle Florida and has space to recover from long flight. Staff are helpful and it has everything you’d expect in Corporate Hotel. For first visit as tourist you may be better in more Boutique option in Recoleta to get more local feel. This is classic aircrew hotel!

It was really disappointing that as a BonVoy member it was a LOT cheaper to reserve through Booking. That aside the Pool area and service at pool bar/restaurant was very poor.

Staff friendly and responsive regarding various issues we had. Hotel location is good and reception area pleasant. Gym well equipped. Breakfast choice pretty good for this style of hotel - but not the coffee!

Various problems encountered but staff changed our rooms willingly. One bed had mattress with huge dip in it. Another room air conditioning not working ( 28.5 degrees all night long). Work carried out during the night on top floor above us resulting in a sleepless night. Curtains shabby in most rooms. Rooms needing facelift but staff responsive and helpful sorting out these issues.

Comfortable rooms and perfectly functional for business purposes. Concierge staff and others very helpful. The good lifts helped to allow good access to and from rooms. Breakfast was very good.

indoor swimming pool not up to my expectations. My preferred exercise is swimming and your photos in your information in booking.com show it as quite reasonable size. In reality it is so small that i dd not even try to use it.

location is ideal to move around Buenos Aires and staff was very helpful. the bed is extremely comfortable.

breakfast was not entirely satisfactory. the omelette was excellent but the pastries were stale and dry, asked for an alternative but the cake was not better…

The location was very nice. A bit more quiet than most and great view from our 15 Floor. Only 10 minutes walk to Florida St and major shopping plus parks around the corner.

The bathroom needed painting long ago. That surprised me for a hotel of this stature.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. Very large lobby, big rooms, and lots of space help to feel safe (from covid).

Very old hotel, not renovated. Breakfast is limited, but clean items.

Well appointed, with good dining both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant.

The location is in a questionable area, especially by the train depot. Be cautious about walking in this area at night.

The rooms were at the top for rest and comfort. After a very long day of travel from the U.S., it was perfect. Highly recommend.and we will return.
