We enjoyed the stay in Mercure Lourdes in Belo Horizonte. The location was convenient. Staff was supportive, We liked breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not all rooms had a teapot. Our friends asked to provide, but was not possible.

The room was nice overall. The shower is great. The ability to connect to Netflix and other services on TV is great. The location is great there are many places nearby. When we could reach the staff they were courteous and helpful.

Several apps on the TV needed updates and maintenance would only update Netflix. We tried using the Sauna, but it was never turned on even though we asked twice. We also called the front desk a few times without an answer.

Analogue cable TV = poor reception; channels limited; 2 star quality, surprising for a hotel of this standard Reception area very limited, would be nice to sit and have coffee.

Room, staff, restaurant, breakfast, etc are all very good!

The iron and ironing board could be better.

Checkout takes a long time to go thru a long line. Proceses should be revised to consider the customer experience.
