The room was of good size, the Internet signal was good and the breakfast had a good selection of fruits and all possible item eaten for breakfast. The location was good in terms of proximity of the meeting facilities but one needs to depend on the hotel security to call for taxis as the outside was considered not safe.

I had a problem at check-in. I was given the key to a room and when I opened the door I found a man in underwear sitting on the bed. I was given another room that suit my expectations. I would like to suggest that the funghi risotto decreases the amount of salt used in its preparation. I

I like how practical this hotel is. right at the intersection between metro and bus; easy to get to a Uber. The breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly.

the location is a plus due to accessibility but also a con due to how dangerous it looks. lots of homeless people and suspecious movements around. arriving with luggage and cell phone calls way too much attention. careful!

I like that it was close to the bus terminal Tietê, just few minutes walk. It has access to a fast food store through the hotel. It has a play area for my kids. Finally, as I was just by myself with two kids, the staff helped me pushing my luggage to get to the bus terminal. He was very kind and helpful.

Nice staff and clean

There is some leak at the bottom of the toilet. Also the shower door doesn’t close properly. Wifi connection is not stable.

Ideal for anyone who needs to leave São Paulo by bus after a night there. The staff is very friendly and very keen on helping you, whether it is with keeping your luggage after checking out or with providing you with the right advice about the security around.

there’s not a lot to do around this area unless you stay here to get to the bus terminal (which is what I did). a lot of homeless by the hotel (not the hotels fault)

Family room was good choice for 3 people and 2 dogs. Very clean, friendly stuff, good breakfast.

Very convenient location right across Tietê bus and subway station (there's an entrance a few steps away); amazing aviation-themed decoration; onsite restaurant with reasonable prices; comfortable room.

Bad wifi (at least in room #359); unsafe neighbourhood at night (avoid wandering alone after sunset); a bit overpriced considering location and facilities.
