Close to the airport. Can either wait for the shuttle or an Uber costs ~5,000-5,500 won. Easy check in.

Could have been cleaner. There was some dust and hair in the bathroom. Not too bad though. Sheets, pillows, and towels were all clean.

Room and bed size. Location just off airport. If you are at T1 the taxi is about £3.80. Bear in mind that the taxis are segregated by the distance that they are willing to travel, and local taxis are around K5 in the rank location scheme. You can get the hotel shuttle from T1, but the frequency is poor outside morning peak. If to or from T2 the inter-terminal shuttle stops about 60 seconds walk from the hotel and its frequency and punctuality is good There is a 24h local store embedded in the hotel. Hotel seemed good value to me.

Nothing really. Access from T2 may seem challenging.

The location to Terminal 1 was great- an easy shuttle ride to and from the airport. It is also across the street from Paradise City, which had some entertainment options.

They only provide a hotel shuttle to/from Terminal 1. You need to either arrange a taxi (which they happily did for us) or take the free airport shuttle to Terminal 2, which is run by Incheon airport (and doesn’t run as often). Despite this, I would stay here again.

Very close to the airport and hotel has his own bus, that goes to airport for free every half hour from 6 to 9.30 and hourly from 10 am to 10 pm.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The shower and temperature control were easy to figure out. There is a kettle with tea, but no coffee.

I booked this room because I had an overnight layover at Incheon. I did not know that the airport has a transit hotel. Staying there would have saved me taking taxis. Be aware that the free shuttle only operates to and from Terminal 1 and only between 6 am and 6 pm.

the shuttle was good and by using the free circular shuttle which went from T1 to T2 and the hotel on the way it was easy.The hotel also gave us a small map so that we could walk from the hotel to the shuttle stop. ( 5 minutes ) The room was fine but the bedside lighting complicated !!.

The bathroom although quite adequate could do with a refit ie modern taps.

Convenient for overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. There is a convenience store in the lobby.

The hotel shuttle bus only operate 06:00 - 22:00. They didn’t tell us there is an Incheon Airport Free Circular Bus available past this hours. We took a taxi, cost us 25,000won and found out afterwards about the bus.

How close it was to the airport as I needed to be at the airport very early in the morning to fly back to Australia. I would not have been able to get from Tokyo to Narita in time for my flight. Loved the closeness of the airport/hotel

Maybe the rooms could be updated, it was like the inside of the rooms were stuck in the 1970's even though the 70's was a great decade. The hallways and outside of the rooms were all updated and slightly newer, but that all takes time and money. It was worth the money and the proximity to the airport and if I was to say more it is just to nit pick.

The location was perfect for the airport. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Right next to Paradise City. A hotel and mall with restaurants, art, swimming pool with slides and a indoor amusement park. Milbon restaurant is really good. 5 min to the airport. Every 30 min and later in the evening 60 min. From the airport go outside door number 13c ( to the right after entering the lobby) and search for the free big black/brown bus which says Incheon hotel.

The lighting switch in the room was just one button. So all the lights included the bathroom went on simultaneous.

The staff here were lovely, all spoke English reasonably well. Most importantly, the patio restaurant was willing to cater for coeliac disease which I couldn't say was the case for most of Korea, we were extremely grateful after having lived off snacks for the majority of our visit. They were also very accommodating when it came to early and late check in after we had been stuffed around several time by our airline (Jetstar) and repeated cancelled flights. Free shuttle and close to airport.

It's a bit outdated in terms of decor and while the bathroom looked clean it did have a public bathroom smell some how. A small inconvenience but there was no black tea, milk served in the rooms. It could do with access to netflix etc because the only english channels were CNN and BBC news. Lastly, we waited at the airport for pickup one afternoon on the shuttle in the correct location after triple checking and it simply didn't arrive. We had to get a cab.
