The best thing about this hotel was teh customer service from the staff, from reception to wait staff in the restaurant to cleaning crews and beyond. Everyone that I came into contact with was incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Everything worked very well from the internet to the TV (with plenty of channels in multiple languages) and the kitchenette. Also there is plenty of spacious car parking available.

Excellent location, Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Everything was excellent, I will coming back.

It was fantastic breakfast and also dinner menu was great and quality food experience. Comfortable room with everything that you would need. Wi-Fi was good as well. The location of the hotel was in the very trendy area surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. My favourite was the lobby located pretty much at the top of the hotel which offered fantastic views of the city, also great terrace floor with the pool above it. Great for sipping your delicious drink at night, while watching the city lights from above.

Everything was good the only thing for the price I paid I was expecting to get a a king size bed beside everything else was great I will definitely stay there again.

It was clean, nice, and beautiful People were very nice The rooms were very quiet and dark

The breakfast food was good but small variety. It was difficult for people with allergies because there were not many options to choose from. The toilet had an issue and didnt work but they repaired it fast Food was very expensive I asked several times for them to leave me extra decaffenaited coffee but they didnt do it.
