Room, Australian pub in the lobby, breakfast quality

Transfer from airport to hotel: - no shuttle - hotel asking for PHP 3,100 to organize a transfer from airport terminal 1 to the hotel (2km distance) when it costed us only PHP 400 by using Grab… Trying to swindle money out of tourists is not well perceived.

Comfortable bed. Big and clean toiletts. Clean room. Sound proof. Very near the airport.

Theres no direct connectiin to the airport. You either take the shuttle to bring you to the bridge which would take another 10-15 mins walking with all your luggage or pay 2,400 Php for a 500meter ride. But its worth it coz it will bring you right infront of the airport gate and only has a short way to walk for your luggage. The floor on the toilett is very shinny = slippery. Very dangeroud for falls Breakfast was not special. Karaoke near the lobby. Very loud even almost midnight

Excellent hotel with amazing facilities. Our room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. We bought half bird and ate dinner and breakfast at the Hilton. The buffet was sensational for both! To access the hotel from the airport you walk across the skywalk bridge and down the lift. You then end up outside in a dodgy underpass area. Airport security told us to wait and a free shuttle bus would collect us within 15 minutes. They strongly advised us NOT to walk the short distance.

When checking in was tried to pay the 5000 peso security deposit with my Australian debit card (all I had with me) and it was rejected. Only credit cards were accepted for this transaction or cash. They entup waving the payment as we were Leaving the country the next day.

Upon arrival, it was Dalton who checked us in and catered to our family’s needs in a snap. We were welcomed at the Executive lounge by Cecilia’s vibrant personality. The food platters tasted great and there was ample selection of canapés and drinks. We had breakfast the next day and it was Daren who assisted us find the perfect seating for our headcount. Ali was assigned to our table and she provided phenomenal, top notch service! Our stay made Father’s day extra special because of the staff.

The bidet’s orientation and pressure quality is not up to par with other 5-star hotels.

I liked the location, it is near the newport theater. I liked that the hotel has an access to the mall. The pool was beautiful. The interiors of the hotel and room are exquisite. My husband liked the free coffee. My daughter loved the bath tub. I liked the huge mirror inside the room and the comfortable bed.

I didnt like the receptionist when we checked in. Didnt explain anything, i overheard the receptionist next to him explaining something to other guests. He just handed the room key to me. Not accomodating. One concern also was the casting in the TV did not worked. The TV went black after we paired and tried to cast our netflix. Lastly, the light switches were not working properly. When night light was pressed the lights turned off. Even the bathroom light.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton to celebrate my wife's birthday. I requested for a simple birthday card to be placed in our room as a way of surprising my wife. The staff I corresponded with gladly agreed to do it, but they didn't stop there. They strung a "happy birthday" banner across the window and put large, colored balloons on the floor of the room. This gesture was so heartwarming and so unexpected that my wife shed tears of joy. I loved how well Hilton staff attended to our queries and requests. Not once did I hear someone say "no, can't do that" to any of our questions. They always had an answer to satisfy us. One time, my wife and I had a craving for congee. We went to the Hua Yuan Chinese Restaurant to see if it was on the menu. The waiter said it wasn't, but he asked us to take a seat so that he could talk to the chef. He went into the kitchen and a few minutes later he returned with a big bowl of really delicious congee. The room was very clean and well-appointed. Housekeeping was very responsive with our needs, especially with requests to replace towels and linen, and to replenish toiletries, water, and coffee/tea packets. The buffet breakfast included was simple, but outstanding. We had Asian, Indian, Filipino, Japanese, and Western options. Breakfast hours were until 10:30 a.m. which was perfect for my kids who like getting up late whenever staying at a hotel. The gym may not be that big, but it has everything one would need for a great workout while on vacation. The pool is huge and heated. There's a bar right at the poolside to serve drinks. The property's location is perfect. Newport Mall, just across the road, is connected directly to the property through an overhead, covered walkway. Great restaurants are aplenty at the mall. A Catholic Church is close by and so my wife and I just walked over to attend Mass.

Just a minor thing: the shower area floor was too shallow that water flowed from it to the toilet area.

I find it weird when the hotel has 2 different lobby. one is the ground floor and the main lobby is at the 3rd floor where the reception situated. it is quite a challenging for a new guest arriving at the hotel. another thing the road is not passable for motorvehicle. Delivery guy has to walk going to the hotel if you have deliveries like you order an eye glasses and have it delivered to hotel before your flight is also quite a challenge for guest that staying at the hotel.

I liked how friendly the staff was. They allowed me to check in early which was very helpful since my partner and I were exhausted from all the travel and needed to just lay down. We also scheduled transportation to take us to the airport at 7am, but we realized we needed an earlier ride and the staff was able to accommodate us and find us a ride when we needed it. 10/10 stars. Would definitely rebook again if we’re ever in the area.

I love how big the room is. Very comfortable, we are a family of 3 with a toddler. I love the swimming pool. Hotel staffs were nice and approachable.

However, the pool was supposed to be a heated pool, but i think they change the temp on the night of dec. 31. The water was cold considering the cold weather. My husband and I thought that maybe the hotel wanted the people to get cold so nobody would swim, with that, the pool wouldn’t be crowded. Hahaha we paid DOUBLE the usual rate for that?🤣 And the bathroom, it’s stinky and smells like urine. Like seriously. I wanted to ask for some zonrox, so i could eliminate the odor. But i just ignored it, i wanted to have a stress-free staycation.

The room was excellent and the high speed internet was outstanding

The airport transport service from the hotel to the airport was about 2000 pesos, way over priced for a van to the airport. The same type van from the airport to the hotel is only 350 pesos, the Hilton Manila airport service is way over priced.
