Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The area was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We did find a bed bug in the bed but Paris has had widespread problems. I left the bed bug on the bedside table and despite cleaners obviously coming in to tidy the room, the bed bug was not removed. We ended up bringing a bed bug home but apart from that, we were very fortunate it appeared to be one single bedbug and they haven't spread in our house.

Clean room, enough storage space, nice bathroom, good connection to the city

The Room was very clean and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The toiletries "Reve de Miel" were of a very high quality. Fresh orange juice was available at breakfast. During the day ice cold still and sparkling water were available from taps in the Reception area. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of breads and pastries. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided excellent directions and advice on Metro lines.

The room was small but very neat and well equipped. The bedding was wonderful, and the bathroom was good (clean & functional). The location has many restaurants around which are convenient, and metro access is very good. Good parking facility, well worth it if you have a car.

Strange smell outside the rooms - possibly related to the carpets (but inside the room - there is no smell and it is very nice)

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were lovely, and so welcoming and friendly. Our twin room was spacious with very comfy beds and everything was pristine from the bathroom to the tea making facilities. We especially loved getting l’eau pétillante on tap from the lobby every morning.

Breakfast is a little on the pricey side but there are loads of great eateries nearby.

The Hotel Stuff are very welcoming, The front office team are all humble and very professional and well mannered. Food selection at breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I will definitely come again. Thanks to the whole team and thank you for Staff cleaning room.

Good Mercure hotel in Paris with friendly and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's about a 6 min walk from the nearest metro station and there's plenty of cafes, restaurants, takeaways, bakeries, and supermarkets in the area. Would recommend.

I really liked the rooms. They were much bigger than I expected. Also booking.com didn't list a fridge, I called the hotel and they did have one in the room so that exceeded my expectations. The pictures on the site of breakfast were disappointing but in person the breakfast looked great!

Nothing, loved everything

Staff was really helpful with everything. The room was clean and spacious. Metro station is close by and there is a lovely boulangerie just next to the hotel. Saint Ouain is a lively, multicultural neighbourhood worth seeing, especially its flea-market (marché aux puces).

The toilet (separated from the bathroom) is too small. It was just a minor thing for us anyway.

Very comfortable, quiet room with double glazed opening window onto road. Slept well. Aircon worked well during heatwave. Very clean. Good clothes rack system for smallish room. Initially didnt like the area but turn right out of the hotel and found interesting multicultural areas, market, bars, great patisserie next to hotel. Stored our bikes in large luggage room.

Reception patronising, had called ahead to check they could accommodate our bikes, which they said they could. On arrival treated with disdain by receiving receptionist when a simple solution was easily available. This rather marred what was an otherwise excellent and comfortable stay.
