I like most the environment and the facilities of the property.... The breakfast is so wonderful, I would say that the hotel really what thier guest having 5 star meal... Thier staff Stephanie, Raz from front desk doing great services and also the restaurant manager Alam, giving us great hospitality

Hope that they can give more benefits to returning guest like trest us like welcome evening food

Swimming pool with hot water. Staffs are fast response. Bfast is fair, they have a good donut ever.

unfortunately, the room was in 2nd floor, just above the garden restaurant, in Smoking zone. Many people always smoking there....... So the smoke would draft into the nice room & make it very toxic. Very difficult to survive for a convinced Non-smoker. Grand Mercure is NOT original AccordGroup Standard anymore - value of max. 4star Hotel, not 5*

This is exceptional hôtel. Everything was very good. We stayed on 7th floor with Nice view on Bandung, almost 360 degrés. Nice pool, à huge choice of breakfast, Nice lobby, comfy Kepler bar in the sky, and friendly staffs. One spécial staff at the pool, the towel man, super friendly and did his job with heart. Pity we didnt ask his name! Stay healthy you!

The room is so spacious and super clean. I ordered extra blanket, they give me immediately. Check-in process was very easy too.Breakfast with so many options, it's like a festival! and all foods are very tasty. Swimming pool with 30degrees stay warm during cold wheather in Bandung. Kids enjoyed the pool so much!

The hotel was too packed during weekend, we have to go to another restaurant for breakfast but the staff there was unfriendly. They cant find our data, and didnt allow us to enter the chinese restaurant where they have back up for breakfast venue. The staffs were not so attentive.

Good service from staffs especially front desk staff, Lisa. She is very patient in explaining the check in procedure.

Nearly run out of bath soap on the 4th night stay. Not a big deal though as we check out on the next day.

The hotel staff are very cooperative. The hotel design is good. The hotel is clean. I would like to thank Mr. Alam in the restaurant for his cooperation and good performance.

Breakfast is not varied as if it was prepared only for Indonesians.

The room was big enough for the 4 of us, we had a balcony facing the swimming pool too. My kids went swimming several times during our 2 nights stay. The pool was big and the water was warm so my kids didn't get too cold since it was rainy season that time. The equipment and the size of the gym was also sufficient. The hotel has a lush green garden, we had exciting family photo session with a photographer there.

The cleanliness is great, service is fast and the staff is very friendly. if you are looking for a quiet place in Bandung, this could be one of your top choices

Breakfast is average, many selections but the taste could be improved. Got the 550 room and should have walked long from the elevator, if you carried a heavy bag or had many hand carry it would be bothersome

we like the pool very much and the breakfast as well.

I don't quite like the bathroom... the shower head😒 you should have change new one for 5 star hotel so it worth our money and the bathroom not very clean.
