I liked that it has a very nice indoor pool, with a spa, sauna, and water games. I could see the outside pool which seemed very nice with a chilling out area and a small playground. The restaurant had a rich menu, and the location was perfect close to super markets, restaurants, and the main road, but far enough to not be disturbed by the noise.

1. For an unknow reason we were given a smoking area room, I have a toddler and a baby. And they didn't reach out to offer changes. The front desk recepcionist, thou in training, was un responsive, I just stood there 15 minutes waiting for her to end a phone call while somebody else, was sitting on the back. The towels are just awful, and old. We asked for housekeeping, they took the trash but the beds were not done (This is a 4 stars hotel).

Good size room. Good to be able to park the car just outside the room. Nice to have a coffee machine but would be good to have milk and not just powdered milk. Breakfast in the morning was good at the restaurant. Would possibly return to the hotel if in the area.

Staff could be a bit friendlier. Person at check-in was not very welcoming. Pool area was full with families but I guess it was wet outside so they preferred to spend time in the pool. Very confusing getting to the room with many long corridors.

Large room, large bed, good temperature control, quiet, very comfortable. The on site restaurant was excellent. Will surely return. No plastic or cardboard cups, real glasses and coffee cups, a Kurig coffee maker.

A little furniture was missing in our room, there was only one armchair and a computer chair would have been nice for working at the desk.

First class hotel. A large amount of cable TV channels available. Very clean environment. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. Amusement ( swimming pool,Arcade).Friendly staff.

Rooms should have mini fridge as standard. TV should be larger. Bedside USB port is necessary. Arcade too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast ( meals) package ( forfait) should be of a better value.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Montagnais. The location was very convenient with lots of stores and restaurants walking distance. Our teen boys enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the gym. The spa located in hotel was great. We love the Neurospa.

Great staff, the location is around so many different restaurants and shopping, the hotel is divided into towers that are easy to find and navigate, my children enjoyed the Aqua Fun Club and the Légendaire Restaurant

The room where we stayed didn’t have curtains that you could fully close, they had white mesh curtains but the full ones could not close completely

Clean. Easy location. The quality for the price is good.

Our room smells of humidity. But we were in a really rainy week. I have no idea if that is common.

Size of room and beds. Good location, close to main roads, shopping, not far from main attractions. Nice swimming pool, good spa.

Restaurant a bit small, considering the number of guests, resulting in reservation time not always ideal, and sometimes long waits for service. Mattress and pillows could be a little firmer. Sauna was closed and not available.

Alot of action in the room nextdoor until 22:30. Massage was cancelled two week before the stay because of an unforeseen event for the time of the booking.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, it is also huge and very clean.

I can't say there was anything i didn't like, it was a bit of a maze to get to the elevator to my room.
