The hotel grounds are excellent. So beautiful. The staff are so helpful. This was our 4th time here and we loved it. The all fun inclusive part of it is amazing.

The stay was great, but I do have a comment about our return trip to the airport. We were waiting in line and checked in for the return bus to the airport at the time requested (1:30), but nobody had brought our bags. We kept asking, and employees would go to find our bags, but then nobody got our bags. Then, the bus driver said he had to leave and closed the door. At that point I got very frustrated and was quite upset. Finally they rushed to get our bags and we got on the bus. I was very upset because we were standing in line waiting for 20 minutes and we were ignored most of the time until I got upset and started yelling. That was NOT the way I wanted to end my vacation at the hotel.

Everything!! The resort is spotless and beautifully decorated. The rooms are stunning! They are so clean and so spacious! For an all inclusive the food is incredible. It is all mainly unprocessed fresh food. I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels all over Mexico and this has some of the best food! The service was incredible! Everyone is so helpful! There is so much to do! I highly recommend this resort as I have been to many others in Cancun and this one is one of the bests.

The only downside is that there is no real beach to lay on. If that is what you are going for maybe staying in Cancun is best. They have created an artificial beach which is beautiful! You won’t notice is as there are pools to go lay by.

the property is beautiful and the food is phenomenal

front desk staff is deceiving and will send you to “concierge “ to tell you about the property, but in reality it’s for time share. My 3rd time to this resort and it was underwhelming seeing so many people touring the property & having staff asking if you attended a meeting for timeshare. I don’t trust front desk staff any longer because they are liars. it happened with 3 different front desk staff sending me to “concierge “

the hotel is amazing! the style is so precious and the views are breathtaking. we took a suite at the adults only building, we had an access to the rooftop and to restaurant Fuego. it was amazing! the hotel is so clean, and the pools as well. we had a personal butlers called Magaly and and Kiyoshi who had helped us so much and made our stay easier, she was available 24/7 answering all our questions and making reservations for us. the parks were truely gorgeous and we had once in a life experiment, especially Xsenses.

- the WiFi was excellent but we had to reconnect every time we changed an area at the hotel. - the photos in booking might be misleading, we first reserved a room that we thought it’s ocean front but actually had to add 1000$ to get a one like that.

The property itself cannot be described but has to be experienced. The hotel and its setting are HUGE and architecturally stunning and second to none. There are so many places to find and explore that you can spend a good few days just exploring the hotel and resort itself and still not find everything. Facilities are endless including secluded beaches, kayaking through the property, spa, pools all over the place, bridges and paths to follow, to name but a few. Staff through out the resort pretty were exemplary and could not be more helpful, polite or willing to support your stay. Rooms were huge and superbly appointed including baths, showers, TV, Wi-Fi through with inclusive minibar and snacks, including room service which was definitely a first. The quality and variety of food and drink was incredible at all 10 restaurants covering of world cuisines including Mexican, European, Asian and American cuisines. Given the variety and all food and drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) is included as part of the cost means you’ll struggle to find space and time to fit it all but you’ll still try. Return transport to and from the airport so you literally don’t have to worry about anything once you land to when you leave. Topping it off, the stay includes full unbridled access to the various Xcaret activity and eco parks which offer days of activities to enjoy at no extra cost. Transport to all parks is included either by walk, boat or regular complementary coaches (every 20-30 mins). All in all, there’s so much to see, do, eat, drink, experience and enjoy, I cannot recommend Hotel Xcaret more and if you can, must try and experience it at least once. You won’t regret it.

Had a few hiccups on arrival with regards to our room booking where we didn’t get the rooms we were expecting. Once acknowledged, The management and support staff went above and beyond to make amends by providing a temporary room upgrade and then ensured the rooms we got were exactly what we had planned so couldn’t fault them.

Either the ice machine on our floor ran out too quickly or it was broken as there was NEVER any ice at any time of day. I also didn't appreciate frequent knocks on the door when the do not disturb light was on. Why? Leave me alone when I ask to be left alone.

it is an excellent place with an amazing atmosphere. All fun also includes transportation, foods and tickets to all parks. Definitely, nobody should miss Xenses. Specially, the sensorium.

We had to call the concierge services more than 3 times to book a transportation to the AirPort.

The Mercado restaurant is amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In six days there's no way we could sample all the options. Buffet style, but supported by amazing servers who attended to your every need.

Our room configuration was misrepresented on Booking.com. We were told we had booked King and two Queens. But the property said that configuration doesn't exist. We had two Queens and a fold out sofa. And luckily lots of Tylenol for the person on the sofa.

The entire experience was amazing! The staff the facilities were the best I have visited. The food was incredible at every place.

I wish there was more nightly adult entertainment.

The attention to detail was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

The only thing that was lacking was somewhere to go during the evening for a dance. Considering the majority of guests are Latinos, somewhere to enjoy some Latin music and have a dance after a full day of park fun and eating would've been even better.
