Everything was as per standard / worth for money spent / location matters .

Keep open night food service .. At least ready Made meals that reception staff just heat up and serve like rice and curry 😊😋. There are lots of option for night meal Restaurant prices are too much $20 for omelette ..!? It’s a fine dining restaurant price with premium location —————————— Just a thought - otherwise happy with not having it at all .. But if I could get some average food in average price - would order it for sure ///// extra income for Property Lot to add but don’t have time now .. Travelling from Sydney and have to stay in NZ for 15 days — you have got very nice country to live in and lots of opportunities for making good $$$$$

Comfortable stay that made us felt at home and rested well after having a busy long days in Auckland. Quiet and communication about work going on in the building was addressed by reception before hand. Great service as usual and value for money.

Nothing that I can think of as communication was open regarding maintenance going on, but did not bother us at all. The power point next to the bed did not work when I needed it but I did not ask as other points were working. I just focused on the good things provided.

Appears that there might be new owners due to the much improved cleanliness and upgrades I saw. My room was spacious and clean. The HeatPump worked extremely well to cool the room down. The staff were very helpful and courteous as should be expected. The restaurant meal was great and well priced . The surprise voucher for use in the restaurant was some delicious wedges that went well with my equally delicious Tandoori Chicken Salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return another time.

Nothing it was all great and I’ll use the long term car parking next time.

Staff was very friendly. Convenient location for airport- offered free shuttle. We stayed 4 friends only one night- 2single 1double bed, quite comfy. Towels and some toiletries were provided. Coffee and tea provided. Free parking. Good value for the stay. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, laundry room and restaurant were closed for renovation. Laundry was 5min drive away. Bathroom is without a window, the fan was a bit loud.

Room was extremely comfortable and the bed was fabulous. Staff were very nice. Checking in was straightforward even though we arrived at 2am. Good location with free bus (although we did pay for a ticket as this wasn't clear at the airport).

There was a spillage on my bedside table which showed it hadn't been cleaned quite as well as hoped. Initially ordered the continental breakfast but the selection was very poor and not value for money so swapped to full English, which was better.

Have stayed here many times before. Always have a comfortable stay, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and reasonably priced. The proximity to the South Western motorway and the airport is a bonus. The staff are hugely helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Unfortunately the rooms on the ground floor were not available at the time of booking due to maintenance and upgrades. We had elderly travellers with us this stay so navigating the stairs were a challenge for them.

Great location close to the airport and all the shopping precincts around Manukau, with quick access via the motorways heading South or West. I've stayed at more expensive places where the room and amenities were disappointing. The Kiwi is right on the money and offers a great nights sleep and there's even a restaurant on site.

Unfortunately we didn’t have breakfast at the motel. The location was great especially knowing that there is a bus service from the airport, and it was close to where we were going to meet up with our family.

Just noticed that under the sink in our bathroom was not cleaned properly but other than that we enjoyed our time at the motel. Looking to book again soon for our next trip to Auckland.

I have stayed here numerous times ( and indeed have future bookings here), and have always been greeted with a smile by the reception and restaurant staff. I always ask for a lower room as I am older and can't take my baggage up the stairs, and have always been granted one, even though I book the cheapest room I can find every time I stay. The one time this request wasn't possible, the receptionist took my bags upstairs for me....always helpful. The food in the restaurant is really good and always a huge helping, the staff there willing to help in any way they can like bringing it to your room etc. The Yellow Bus comes to the door to take you to the airport, which is fantastic, and the reception staff make sure you know when and where to catch it. And it is free from this hotel! The rooms are great temperature wise, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, good free wifi etc. All in all, I can't say enough good about the hotel, and will continue to stay here whenever I visit Auckland, even though there are many other hotels closeby to choose from...this one is the cleanest, nicest staff, convenience of location, and just all round best for the price!

double glazing, excellent bedding, gd aircon and spacious room, lovely large restaurant and relaxing area for a quiet drink, so very happy with it.

My fish and chips i had in the restaurant weren't outstanding but hey you can't expect too much for $20 bucks these days. That said the breakfast was excellent and the omelet I had was world class so all in all pretty bloody good.
