The staff are very friendly. The location was good and was within close proximity to restaurants and shops. Its about a 8 min walk to Queen St Mall. The room had good comfortable beds and had enough kitchen utensils for cooking etc. and also had a coffee machine which was a bonus. The view of the room was good overlooking the river.

The aircon was setting itself to a hotter temp at night. We would go to bed cold as it is set at 22C then we would wake up in sweat because the AC would switch the temp to 25C, its like its set a temp at a certain time and its not changeable. Also had someone smoke on their balcony which caused me to have an asthma attack. (Supposed to have been a smoke-free hotel). The vent cover above the toilet also fell and had the ac vent exposed which was loud at night. (Lucky it didnt fall when someone was using the toilet as it was located directly above it)

The fact the apartment is so spacious and the location of the hotel is right in the heart of brisbane city. In our room we had a list of places we could eat and they were only a couple of minutes walk from the reception door. Car parking was made easy by having a guest park for us to be able to park our car and grab the keys to both the garage and room instead of driving around the block looking for a carpark. The rooms had so much space and privacy. I would come back here if I'm ever in Brisbane again. Very clean hotel. I've read the reviews and they have super fast elevators now. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was actually all good.

The corner room suite had the most amazing views with a large balcony. No issues whatsoever with the lifts - all very fast and frequent with one currently being upgraded. Car park entrance is 2 half stairways up from reception and was not difficult to transport luggage down. Fantastic location with handy 7/11 and coffee shop on ground floor. Very comfortable beds. Lovely staff on reception at all times.

Minor issue with tumble dryer causing dust on floor. Parking - found the entrance using Sat Nav no problem and finding a space could be problematic but we managed.

Loved the view over the river, and location was brilliant. The speed of the lifts, access only to your floors, and the security of the building. The staff were amazingly helpful in providing information and maps. Happy staff are the best to have, and yours certainly were very positive. Thanks for the stay

Access from the carpark. The instructions were followed but didn't work. Someone returning let us in thankfully. Having to carry bags downstairs is not something I can do, luckily my friend could. Then again there was another resident who helped with access to the front desk floor. I believe something was waiting to be repaired, however a plan put in place to manage the issue should have been prioritised. unfortunately the pool wasn't available.

The location was excellent. Close to the ferry, train, and bus services. Many places to eat for all budgets. Recommend walking away from the river for more reasonable places. Mall close by to buy anything you forgot or want. This was known as an apart-hotel, meaning it had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We did not have maid service but reception gave us dish soap and laundry detergent in order to wash things. I would stay here again.

Hot tub spa was not warm enough.

Great location, amazing light and good view. Plenty of room and a good kitchen space. Loved the balcony it was large with great views and plenty of sunshine. Bathrooms had good water pressure and apartment was exceptionally clean.

Terrible wifi, as a work traveller this was not ok. Apartments should not advertise wifi if it is not provided in a constant consistent manner. Rear parking needs signage and a set down bay so that checking can be completed and entry fob obtained.

Excellent views at level 52 and ladies at the front desk were very pleasant given the busy-ness with sports teams also staying there at the same time. Accommodate a change in rooms for us as my comments were missed in the booking.com request that our older guests have knee problems.

I noted in the Booking request that our older guests have knee problems so it wasn't known till I arrived having booked the 3 bedroom self contained apartments early to find they had given the room with the bathroom on downstairs to another guest. Pays to read the comments when we book as I booked in advance and stipulated this consideration. We were given the room with steep stairs where the bathroom was upstairs for showering. Did not work so we were split across two different rooms for our Overseas family visitors. Not ideal

A comfortable well appointed apartment on the 41st floor. We particularly appreciated its close proximity to the Riverbank (restaurants and ferries), train and bus routes. Convenient small supermarket around the corner.

The bathroom in particular was a little tired and could do with a facelift. Not keen on showers over baths these days - also no hand rails to assist in and out. Surrounding building work was very noisy during the day which made sitting outside on the balcony impossible. Inside with the doors closed it was quiet.

The reception staff were very helpful and despite being busy made us feel welcome and comfortable. They deserve all the credit as they are handling everything that comes in or goes out of a busy Foyer. Excellent customer service 👍👍👍

Nothing, the location is ideal. It's noisy due to development around the area but it's everywhere now. Maybe the air-conditioning needs ceiling fans to move more air.

Friendly and helpful staff that are always available. Great location in CBD, City cat terminal nearby as well as central station and queen street mall. Facilities were good (pool was out of action but gym was decent). Guest car parking available for a price but was reasonable and easy to use. The beds in the apartment were super comfortable.

The apartment kitchen could be better equipped, was missing some basics like a bread knife and something to drain water from a saucepan. Though the apartment was comfortable and spacious, some areas need a little TLC due to expected wear and tear, including the fridge exterior at the bottom which had seen better days. These are just cosmetic issues though, on the whole, this is a good place to stay.
