All staff extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice and rooftop as well. Their restaurant is good as well and parking is extremely safe.

Just a suggestion to put more relax chair and beds next to the pool, since they easily get occupied by a few guests.

Breakfast was average with very hard scrambled eggs and fried eggs that were cooked hours earlier and were hard. Bacon was undercooked and Orange juice was very watery. Not a great experience. I will leave it and eat elsewhere in future.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very welcome. The room is comfortable and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms are equipped with usb charging slots, coffee machine, kettle and complimentary water. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast food. Definitely will recommend it.

Expected to have shower caps available in the bathroom.

The hotel has a great location in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance from the metro and bus stops. Nearby, it has access to a supermarket, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, and a self service laundry just few steps away. The staff at the reception were very professional and accommodated us promptly as we arrived. The pool on the top...we did not get the chance to see it as Barcelona can keep you busy and out of the hotel most of the time, but I guess is a bonus. Very good value for money!

Stayed here because I was attending a conference in the Fira de Barcelona centre (Gran Via side). It was literally a five-minute walk to the entrance of the hall where the conference was, which was fantastic. Breakfast was good, plenty of places to sit down even though the hotel was quite busy. Staff were very friendly and the bar service (ate dinner there a couple of times) was quick and also very friendly. The staff tolerated my attempts at Spanish with a warm smile.

Bedroom had two single beds rather than a double, but top be fair I did book at short notice and the hotel was very busy with other conference guests. No big deal really.

The breakfast had a really great variety - even for a 4* hotel. The room and lounge area was also quite nice. The area itself is quite authentic, far from touristic traps and with some nice restaurants in walking distance. Haven't tried it, but there was the option of room service with food from the restaurant till quite late - so perfect if you forgot to eat out and want to grab a burger or pizza at 23:00.

Probably it was due to the period or weather, but the top room bar wasn't open at all. Also, something to keep in mind that to get to the main touristic area / city center, it does take a bit of time - either by bus or subway. There is ofc also the option to use a cab / FreeNow / Cabify, which will get you there for ~14-15 Euro and in 15min.

the staff was very welcoming and friendly, we arrived a bit early and that was not an issue for them at all, (but it can be if they are busy she said) the room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, the location is great for us, not a long walk to the Metro, lots of cafe's and coffee houses nearby, this area was not as busy as near the Placa de Catalunya, and we really appreciated that! There was some cold water waiting for us int he lobby, which was needed on this hot day, and although we did not eat in the restaurant, it looked really nice!

i usually have at least one negative thing, but honestly, i got nothing for them here! in fact we hope to book for next spring with our Mom.... this place was just great!

Great service from the team. They were accommodating. The night security guard was awful telling us as a group to remove from the main lounge area despite not making noise. Seemed racially provoked and not good enough. The rest of the staff were fantastic

We booked the junior suite and Deluxe room . The suite could have been better designed as there was one main shower and one toilet however no bath. For a suite it seemed strange design. The bathroom could’ve had a shower and the main bathroom to include a bath tub. The doors were not stable.

very convenient location for what we nedded! walking distance to Montjuïc, close proximity to public transport (metro and buses); very comfy and spacious room as well the bathroom; excellent breakfast with a lot of choices from the hot and cold plate; I am very greatful for the reception staff, special thank you to Juan (?) who help us with the concert tickets! muchios gracios!

we didnt have enough time to explore all the hotel amenities, like pool and roof terrace bar, but hopefuly next time!
