Room is extremely spacious, location is great too, walking distance to Xinyi business district where many malls located.

1. Found some body hair in the bath tub, can improve cleanliness of the bathroom facilities. 2. The kitchen may be a bit understaffed, they were out of smoked salmon so I asked for more, however, they never made the refill. The efficiency is so impressive for a buffet breakfast. 3. Some part of the wall is tainted with watermark, as if it was flooded some time earlier, not so appealing if you give the room a closer inspection

It was a great, easy to find location. Checking in was easy and quick. Rooms were set up nicely, the partition from the office to the sleeping area was a nice touch.

When we got into our room, all the AC’s were going on full. We tried to heat the room up, but the heaters weren’t working. We ended up needing to call the front office and they offered us a small heater that we had running the entire time we were in the room. Unfortunately, the heat only extended to the sleeping area, so the bathroom was really cold. Also, the rooms had a funny smell, like paint? We couldn’t tell what it was, but it smelled chemically.

Great location. Many food options within 5-10mins walk for all 3 meals. MRT was easily accessible although the major shopping malls were about a 10-15mins walk away. The room fixtures were kinda getting on with age, but having stayed twice in Tango this trip in 2 different rooms, there were no weird or musky smell experienced as feedback by other traveller's. Things are getting worn, but still clean and functioning well. Great value for money in my opinion. The 6th floor has a ice maker and a water dispenser with options for Hot, Warm or Cold water. Very useful amenities for guests.

Nothing much really. As mentioned below, price is reflective of what we got.

I chose this room because it offered the most space of most hotels in Taipei for its price. This room was even bigger than advertised, especially the restroom, hot tub, and shower. I spent a lot of time recharging in the hotel room because it was such a comfortable place for me to be. Also, very close to the MRT, which is helpful for getting around this beautiful city.

The room's electrical set-up is not entirely modern. Old outlets, no USB sockets, and limited places to plug in devices. I'd bring all adapters (account for socket and voltage) for Taiwan, just to be ready for what they have here.

The room was spacious and quiet. The tub was very large and relaxing and the shower had good water pressure. The staff were very friendly and there were no communication problems. Within a 20 minute walk of Taipei 101, and less walk for SKM malls. Very close to an MRT station to help travel more.

The free breakfast was not as great and while there is a wireless charging disc for your phone or airpods, there are no USB ports in the room and not many plugs near the bed to charge multiple devices.

This hotel is perfect; I spent a week in it. First, its location is close to the Blue Line of the Taipei Metro, which connects to most places in the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming. All necessary facilities were available in the room, which was spacious and clean. The hotel is very quiet, especially at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei—it's definitely worth it.

Very beautiful hotel with very comfortable living space and bathroom. The staff were very professional and helpful.

The exit sign by the entrance of our room was too strong so it made it difficult to sleep, as it was on the inside of the room and about as strong as the flashlight function of a phone. It was possible to turn off but we needed tape for that and it is perhaps not the safest option. If it is possible to lower the strength of the light, it would be a more comfortable sleeping experience.

Location was good. Near MRT station. I got a nice big room (almost like a suite with a jacuzzi tub) tho with small windows. The super high bathroom with jacuzzi was very nice.

No clear instructions on how to use the jacuzzi causing misuse and some messy splashing of water. Was told toilet bowl cannot use toilet paper and again no instruction given.

Hotel in a good location with a short walk to the nearest MRT Station. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue with my Credit Card being blocked and they were extremely helpful in allowing me use their phone in reception to make contact with Bank. Room was large with a very comfortable bed. AC excellent and a very nice Jacuzzi Bath. Shower was very good. Wi-Fi also worked well.
