I like the location because all the food stalls, markets, shopping are walking distance. Plus the train station is just minutes away by walking around 5 minutes.

The shower curtain is too short. Water is spilling when you shower, No hand towel inside the bathroom.

It's most convenient location for all your needs, I stay tower B very good right opposite is convenient stores and plenty of food within the vicinity to choose. 3 minutes walk to Indra square and night market, all other just a walking distance. It's value for money I highly recommend this to anyone.

Hot shower not working during my stay 4 nights and room sleeping pillows are too soft and too flat like there is nothing to keep head on it. I stay room 2203.

(HALAL FOOD) The location is in Pratunam Market, which is close to a lot of halal food restaurants and even some stalls. It's also close to the market itself, which is available everyday. (CONNECTING ROOM) I ordered two rooms which are connecting (One Queen and the other one is Twin), I'm with a family of four and its good that the room have this connecting option. (COMFY BED) The bed is comfortable to sleep in. (SPACIOUS ROOM) Surprisingly spacious room for a small bulding in the middle of small alleyways. (FRIENDLY STAFF) The staff are quite friendly and willing to help you find tuk-tuk or a ride to airport if you need to.

(GLASS BOTTLE ISSUE) The staff should've provided a message on the desk regarding the glass bottle that was used as complimentary water inside the room, the receptionist inquired about it when we checked out and thankfully my relative did not throw it away and instead put it on the hallway everyday (assuming it is for recycling/thrown away). PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY THE GLASS BOTTLE AND KEEP IT IN THE ROOM! (NARROW ROAD) The road to get to this road is very narrow, I do not recommend your taxi/e-hailing driver to go inside of this narrow road because it just wastes time as there are other vehicles inside this road too, usually we just opted the driver to drop us on the adjacent road near 7E and walk to the hotel.

This hotel is located at the pratunam area which is a good place for shopping. There are both morning and night market nearby the area, making it a good place to stay for those who like to shop. Platinum fashion mall is also nearby. There are also a lot of food stall around that area. 7-11 convenience store is nearby as well.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned compared to other modern hotel but it’s acceptable. The room is not sound proof and can hear noise from the aisle and other room inside your room. People who are sensitive to noise should take note of this.

A good stay in this hotel, walking distance to Pratunam morning market, platinum mall, central world. Housekeeping daily with free 2 bottles mineral water and coffee. The location is inside small road, so taxi driver will only drop you at main road and you have to walk in. We book the airport transfer for Innova only cost 700 baht from hotel which is very worth as the car pick us up in lobby and the hotel staff even go our room to pick up our luggage and send to lobby which is really out of our expectation.

The bed not very comfortable for me, but still acceptable.

The location is good and many eateries, and massage parlors just below our hotel. So convenient as night market is less than 5 min walk! The food and items sold at night market are much cheaper than many places ka! This time round we booked a connecting room so is much bigger!

Air con and some rooms need to be repaired and refurbished. During this stay, 1st night was ok but on the 2nd night, one of the rooms’ aircon was down and we (both rooms) were moved to another level and all was good after that!

hotel location is at the end of the pratunam night market, good because away from the congested area, anyhow only difficult for the van driver to go in because very small road. but overall, is worth of money to stay at Citin hotel. and most important, the hotel HAVE WATER HOSE in the toilets and it is very very convenience for the Muslim tourist. staff are very friendly and helpful.

only the air cond that sometimes cold and sometimes not.

i like the location. literally at pratunam market. near to 7e and near to platinum mall also
