Very comfy beds, nice big room, good gym, good breakfast, places to chill and enjoy the hotel

Leisure club a bit dirty and too full with members as well as guests

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a nice bathtub with grab bars. 

We put the door hanger outside with items checked off for the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast didn’t come and we called to find out what happened. Eventually they brought something that was most of what we had wanted but not everything. So we waited in the end almost 1 1/2 hours for our breakfast. Also, we had our laundry done through the hotels service. It was nice not to have to deal with it ourselves, but they lost one of my daughter’s socks and one of mine. Sometimes socks stick to the top of the washer and you have to run your hand around it to get them to drop. I think that might’ve happened.

• 👎🏼 Bar staffs absolutely disgusting behaviour were very rude and poor customer service. We had to stand at the bar for almost 30min for order to be taken and called bar staffs several times, but no one approached they were 3 of them 2 male and 1 female just chatting to each others & laughing . We had to leave the facility and order the food & drinks from outside. • Bathroom slippers were not available inside bathrooms • Doors were not sound proof can hear people talking and banging the doors all night

The location is very central near to the bus station. The breakfast is a buffet one with a varity of food. It doesn't have any fried eggs only scrambled eggs but you can ask for fried ones free of charge. You can store your cases there before checking in wich was really great. There is a gym and a swimming pool in the hotel.

The room was very stuffy as the air-conditioning wasn't working. It was the same in other rooms as well. There is a road reconstruction nearby. It is not the hotel fault of course, that they started it at about 6 a.m. But still we couldn't sleep well enough. The hotel rooms need to be updated. The pillows are not comfortable.

Location - great. Bed - super comfortable. Breakfast - great. Service - excellent. Toiletries in the bathroom were really nice. Good amount of lighting/mirrors/socket space. In-room facilities were good, with kettle for tea/coffee. Received a warm welcome cookie at check-in. Facilities decent - gym's well equipped, maintained and cleaned, with 2 separate spaces. Pool is small, and slightly more "worn" in appearance compared to the gym, but also pleasant. Spa bath is cosy. The bar is nice.

In the bar I was with real ale drinkers who were disappointed that there was only 1 real ale on draught considering "cask" is in the bar's name. (However, if you don't care about the precise serving of a real ale, the bar has good service, atmosphere,and selection of whiskey, gin, cocktails and wine - I just have some fussy men in my life). Otherwise, it's just really expensive and I probably wouldn't stay other than for a special occasion.

Great location, nice and clean rooms with good isolation from outside , comfortable beds , the bathrooms are very good but not with good isolation from the rooms so any little sound in the bathroom you can hear it .

unfortunately non fridges in the rooms , The downside is that breakfast was not included in the price and we have to pay much more to get breakfast, also i was not awarded HH points although it was one of the main reasons i choose Hilton, I mean what the hotel have to loose if they give the points

The hotel and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. They all offered excellent customer service. The lobby has good seating and is very spacious. We had precooked our parking and were happy to be able to get a disabled spot, and the journey from the parking to reception was pleasantly easy. The bar staff were all very attentive, especially Ryan, who showed us the epitome of excellent customer service and made our visit very enjoyable. Our accessible room was very clean and spacious. The room was very quiet, which was great.

We had 2 queen beds, with one mattress being very comfortable while the one closest to the bathroom was not at all. Even though it had a thin mattress topper, I could feel every spring my body rested on and is due for a replacement. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. It would also be nice to have a facilities booklet including a room service menu.

Constant phone ringing ‘somewhere’ near our room that carried on through the night and into the next day. Every 10 mins. Could hear it in our room very loudly and it was super annoying and very sleep disturbing. Called reception to ask if it was the lobby phone, or an auto-call or something, the receptionist was very dismissive and said simply there was nothing she could do. That was that. I wouldn’t expect to hear someone else’s phone all night and dont think thats reasonable. Perhaps the sound proofing was just awful

Me and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we have zero complaints. I had stayed here once before 2 years prior so I already knew it would be a good stay but it was even better than before! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Subway station at Cowcaddens so you can reach most of Glasgow's main tourist destinations in cheap and fast way as an all day ticket on the subway is just £4.20. As for the hotel, the beds are genuinely the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, and having breakfast, a pool, jacuzzi and spa all included in the price of your room is absolutely phenomenal! Not to mention the friendly and attentive staff that seem to absolutely love their jobs. The welcome cookies were a nice touch too ;) 5 stars all round!

Nothing, everything was absolutely spot on!

A warm welcome with the famous warm cookie at check-in. Room was clean, dinner and breakfast were both great! I liked the swimmingpool and the fact that there was an underground parking. Tesco around the corner that is open untill midnight. Little walk to the city centre which was also great! Staff was very, very kind!

You could hear it loudly when people were talking in the hallway as if the door was wide open. Also, the doors made a huge sound when people left them to close by itself. Also missed some information like: what time breakfast was or the fact that robes are available for the swimmingpool and so on (like the basic things). But these are some things that i am use to see in hotelrooms. Other than that, staff was really helpfull so you can also ask this at any time!
