It was a great location for teenage kids, which is exactly. A large family vacation with six adults and six children. The Flo Rider, and wired lounge were a big hit.
I was told because I used Booking.com the transportation that is advertised everywhere on their website and yours that is supposed to be inclusive was not. I had to pay $45 per person round-trip to get transportation. And many of the restaurants were out of steaks, Fish, specialty items on the menu.

The staff and food were exceptional! The hotel room had a great view of the beach and surrounding areas, as well as there was very good access to the beach front, pools and town centre. My children enjoyed the game room as well.
It was too expensive and inaccessible for my family members in Jamaica to visit to have lunch with us on site. I tried to plan a family reunion with my children's grandmother and great grandmother, only to be disappointed with the fact that it was cheaper to take them to a neighbouring hotel for lunch, given that I had already spent exorbitantly on an all-inclusive for my immediate family at the property.

It’s a wow , staff was friendly, very very clean food was excellent extremely good mini bar was free, I would recommend it it’s one off the hotels party , drinks on the house ,beach front was clean all surrounding areas all the facilities was so good massage ,therapy,excellent combo,fabulous indeed I couldn’t complain about a thing enjoy myself to the max wish I had more time the ambience was lovely ,decor and well bright and Jason was very helpful well spoken, wine& spirit Italian restaurant, all variety off food was in the restaurant to choose from . You name it they got . Only one small the bath robe logo could be abit bigger. Smile)

I like that the staff was friendly and that nothing seemed like a bother to them. They were really helpful and offered assistance right throughout without any hesitation.
I did not like the fact that the beach was full very early. I also didn’t like the fact that it’s gaye could not be able to book water sport while I was doing the booking confirmation. I did not like the process of the reservation when I was booking it online. There was a lot of back-and-forth with the different communication channels and it was a bit confusing and frustrating so I would not want to go through that again. Best on the conversations I had to have in regards to payment I thought it was a scam.

Amenities, food, clean most staff was kind and genuine
At check in I didn't get the single large bed i requested i understand it says will be base on availability. When i was requesting if its possible to have that request the receptionist seems a bit annoyed when explaining i could read her body language you know when someone is talking to you like you dont know what your asking or you shouldnt ask i got that type of feeling am a manger at one of the top all inclusive resort in Jamaica so i would never be difficult was just simple asking however she still seem like a nice person maybe she was just tired. Overall theres way more positives and i definitely recommend this resort and will definitely revisit in the future.

The food is excellent. The rooms are clean. The layout for all the food options very conveniently positioned. Amenities were great: robe, chocolate, flat iron, blow dryer. Staff is amazing. Now I have to tell you about Chef Otis from the Pier 8 restaurant, exceptional personalised service and made the best steak ever. He visited with us as we were celebrating a birthday, even participated in singing for us. Davian in main dining. Service with class from Alwayne in the Gondola restaurant. Tavia and Gabrielle from public relations took care of our decorations and cake.Odane was so accommodating at the Spa. Kenisha Brown booked our spa treatment and even called to ensure all was well. I cannot recall a time I interfaced with so many wonderful people. Definitely a cut above the rest! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
Food options limited between 5-6pm. After walking around I was able to find sushi and some sandwiches. Also found their 24hr cafe with yummy chocolate.

We booked a king bed and got 2 double beds. Then they pushed them together, but there was a lamp on the wall in the middle of the beds and I hit my head on it… when we asked for a room with a king they didn’t have one available until the next day but the view didn’t look at the water. Water had lots of sea weed Probably won’t stay again as it was a bit out of our budget. Too bad because it was awesome!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach which makes accessing the ocean super easy. There were enough food choices to keep me interested in trying new places and dishes. The shuttle to the airport in Kingston was convenient and the driver was super friendly.
All activities booked via the hotel using the included resort credits require paying 16% of the prices, so that adds to the price. Also, the activities also have limited times so somethings only happen two or three times a week so if you're staying less than a week you need to check which days when certain activities are happening before committing to a booking. While I reserved a cancellable/refundable room with the payment date a few days before check in (and paid extra for it) the hotel still charged the full amount more than 2 weeks before the cancellation period.
