Loved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. There was a free cake for each adult as a treat in the fridge which was nice. The free ice cream after taking a bath was a nice touch too. The staff were friendly and the hotel was located conveniently from restaurants and a convenience store. The breakfast was just right. Enough options for everyone.
The pillows were a little hard and the bath area was very dark which made me worried about what mold couldn’t be seen. The change are was crowded around 9pm so it was difficult to change without being in someone’s way but after the rush was over I had the whole place to myself.

convenient with nice amenities. many nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity (although maybe better kept as a secret)…
Only gripe is that the super express trains do not stop at this terminal,

The hot spring in the hotel was awesome. The room was super clean and cozy, the staff very helpful and friendly.
The car parking was in another building, cost extra, but other than that there was no problem.

We are a family of 4 and we totally appreciate the tatami area for the 2 kids and have their own area to sleep on!

Great location close to the station. Lots of great food options around. Cute little touches with the free ramen after 930pm.
Smoking room in the lobby stinks out the whole entrance.

The room was quite spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Many options and good layout. There was a parking lot close by.
The hotel is old. The lobby is small. The onsen bath was very very dark and smelled of mold. The pillows were very uncomfortable.
