I enjoyed the breakfast. The building and the room were very nice and pleasant. This was my first time staying in a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami mats, a futon, and sliding doors, and it was a great experience. The man who runs the hotel is incredibly kind and friendly. I struggled communicating in Japanese, but he was ready and able to explain the hotel's policies in English. A very nice place.
I had some Internet issues, but overwise, my experience was great!

The staff were very kind! The place felt very welcoming.
The rooftop could do with a bit more maintenance. And our seating space in the room had a view of a abandoned looking BBQ patio.

the accomodation is excellent,the staff is very kind and cheerful. is it near to nagahama beach so my boys had much fun..
we went there with a big car so we went through a rough time before we got there, the roads was werent for a big scale cars.

I was the only one there for several weekdays on this recent repeat stay. The rooftop was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy breakfast with a view of the Pacific in front, and hillsides surrounding me. The host asked if the bath temperature was alright and adjusted it for me for the following days. The parking and area is convenient with a Aeon Max Express store and Welcia nearby. It was a fantastic stay during the Games.
Everything was great, again.

Rooftop location overlooks bay with spectacular views of lightning in the evening on the occasion of the Tokyo2020 games in nearby Izu Velodrome.
Noise from neighboring rooms is quite clear. I preferred to avoid talking on the phone for this reason.
