Well organized, good amenities and facilities. Close to Hakata Station.

1. No laundry machine or any coin laundry around the hotel. 2. Why put slippers together in the bag inside the sleeping pod? While we are not allowed to wear shoes to the pod area. Should put slippers separately or somewhere. 3. Not for the hotel, but need to put sign or rules everywhere in the room. Last time I visit many foreign tourists act like they own the place. Didn’t put back hair dryer after use, not cleaning up left over shaving cream with their shaved facial hair from washbasin. Let the water everywhere in the basin. You need to tell them capsule hotel is a shared properties.

Everything was absolutely sublime. Superb and amazing.

“Sleeping on this pillow is like resting your head on a granite countertop wrapped in betrayal. I thought I was buying a fluffy slice of heaven, but instead, I got a disgruntled cinder block moonlighting as a medieval weapon. The first night, I heard my skull whisper, ‘Why do you hate me?’ By morning, my neck had filed for divorce, taking my spine and all my hopes for comfort with it. This thing is so hard I considered naming it ‘The Brick’ and using it to build a shed. On the bright side, if a pillow fight ever escalates into a full-blown war zone, this rock will be my weapon of choice. Sweet dreams? Not with this thing—it’s basically a headstone for your happiness.”

Great location, 5' Hakata station. Very nice and helpful staff. However, it's a self check-in, they will only come out if requested. The check-in process is very easy and smooth. The capsules dormitory is comfortable and clean, with the lockers in another space, it's overall pretty quiet. The showers/lockers are another floor, which can be a bit strange. However, there is a women only elevator, which adds to the privacy. The bathrooms/showers were kept clean and tidy, however a bit moldy due to bad ventilation. The shared space is on the top floor, with a nice view. Very minimal, but does the trick! Overall, clean and comfortable for a few nights!

Honestly, I had no complaints.

Very clean and comfortable. It is a self check in using an automated system but if you need assistance you can select the call button and an employee will graciously come and assist you. The showers were spacious and luxurious. The sleep pods were comfortable, and have handles on both sides of the ladder to assist you in climbing up if you are in an upper pod. I was worried about being cold during the night but the pods are very well insulted and I actually removed my sweater. There is also plenty of room to store your luggage in the locker, even with a large suitcase and an additional piece of luggage, with additional room to hang two articles of clothing, and an extra shelf to store your shoes. The amenities provided included a pair of lounge wear (one size), a pair of indoor slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and two towels for bathing all easily stored in the toiletry bag provided. The lounge area is also quite lovely and includes an outdoor deck for city viewing. The location is also ideal only a few blocks from the Hakata Train Station and within one block of a 7/11 with an international ATM, and many options for local eateries.

If you are light sensitive I recommend a sleep mask, although the shades provide adequate privacy the light from the hallway will appear visible around the edges of the shade.

- good location [5-6 min walk from hakata station] - lots of tourist sites less than 20min walk - beds were clean and comfy - lockers for luggages - shower rooms were clean - toilets had bidets - hair dryer included - gave fresh pjs, towers and slippers everyday

shower rooms sometimes smelt like pee - some shower room ceilings had a bit of mold - the elevator/lift is a bit annoying [you have to go all the way up to the 9th floor where the reception desk it, the rooms/lounge/shower rooms were all on the remaining floors] when you leave the building you have to go to the 9th floor, then from the 9th floor down to the 1st floor [the elevators/lifts are seperated] - they clean from 10am - 2pm, so you can't use any facilities during that time apart from the lounge [it ensures you get up early everyday too but sometimes you wanna sleep in a bit but you can't]

I liked the location. It is close to Hakata station so it was easy for me to go to the airport the next day. I stayed for a night there to catch an early flight. It has everything I needed. I also liked that the luggage storage/ cupboard is big enough for 1 large luggage and the top part can be used to hang clothes and put other stuff.

The luggage area is in another floor from where the sleeping quarters are so you have to make sure you have everything you need before going to bed. The bathrooms aren't also the cleanest. I noticed that they weren't cleaned/ scrubbed well. Others coming back from partying are noisy. Someone even stole my inside slippers provided by the hotel🤦‍♀️. Please don't do this. And the thing is I didn't have my shoes since shoes aren't allowed in the sleeping qurters.

You get exactly what the ad was telling, nothing more and nothing less. I needed a 1 day stay and came across this capsule hotel. Absolutely fine, pleasant stay. Check in is at 14:00 don't bother going earlier, it's a self check in system and you won't be able to check in earlier (just to let you know). If you need a place to stay (1 day) I can really recommend.

There is 1 elevator for men and 1 for woman. On busy times you have to wait a lot. Your stuff is stored on 1 floor and your pod on another. If unlucky you are queued up for the elevator.

Super comfy beds, pods bigger than expected, clean facilities. The location is also very central, easy to get to the train station or other neighborhoods nearby - I went to see the Hakata Gion Yamakasa which started at 4:59 am and was able to just walk over in 10 minutes. The pods were much bigger and more comfortable than I thought they will be. Towels, pajamas, slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste is provided, and you can buy basic skin-care, shaving, and other self-care products as well as chargers, wires, etc. for your phone. Each pod has a USB charger (although only one). The lockers are also fairly big and can fit a lot of stuff.

Some people were really loud, but that is to be expected with most shared sleeping spaces.

- very good capsule, everything is well made and convenient to use - bed is good - Locker, shower and sinks are close to the capsule, which is super convenient - self-check-in is simple, efficient, and quick

- it's part of the process, but if you stay for more than one night you need to check-out each morning and check-in again a few hours later at least. So you can't oversleep or stay in your capsule - due to capsule material, your neighbours will make noise when moving. I highly recommend bringing earplugs. You can also buy them at reception floor

Very closed to station, smells clean, provide pajamas, locked could fit one medium size luggage, a small hand trolley & a small backpack with a very deep shoes rack for knee high boots, Fast Wifi

A lot of plastic wrapping each day use, an inch of dusty in lobby seating area, homeless Japanese travelers fill the lounge area waiting for the first train home, subsequently the lounge upholstery is very dirty with skid marks everywhere and smells like it's been soaked in vomit & alcohol. It's been open for 2 years, but feels like being open for two decades. The capsule room number has deteriorated, floor room numbers are mostly gone. No safe drinking water nearby, tap water is not drinkable. Beware Shower fully occupy between 10pm to 11pm. Come shower before or after. I thought the shower area was closed. A lot of planning required when staying here, because you can only bring items no bigger than the size of your small tote bag. Hard Water bring your own shampoo & shower gel.
