Very nice and clean hotel but a bit cramped for big luggages like us. The kids loved the mezzanine floor. Staff very helpful and got onsen and coin washing machine.

Staff friendly and helpful. We left my daughters neck pillow and they arranged postage back to the UK for us. The cleaning staff were great and rooms were very clean. Location was great, not far from the Yatai, river and Canal City.

Room was a bit tight. Pillows, one small pillow per person and we couldn't get more. I get tattoos and onsen are generally a no go in Japan, but the information Cross Life give you about the onsen, place tattoos and drunken bad behaviour in the same category. Maybe I'm being overly sensitive but I didn't like the association.

Friendly staffs. Special thanks to Miss Ishiga Saya. She assisted us a lot during our 9 nights stay. She was kind and helpful. Other staffs were also professional and nice! Breakfast is delicious!

The house keeping service needs to improve! We finished the soap bottle, left on the sink for attention, but they did not refill! We stayed in the loft room, the hand rail on the stairs were covered by layers of dust since we checked in and did not clean until we checked out! The house keeping maids mainly tidied our bed and changed the towels.

there are no many kind of breakfast but all taste was good. But the canteen was quite small so people were crowded. sauna was also good.

This hotel was amazing. The location was great, about 10 minutes walk to the Tenjin district and lots of nice little bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable, and the sauna area on the second floor was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Some reviews were complaining about the size of the room, but we didn't mind, you're not supposed to spend that much time in it anyway!

You need to buy vouchers for the breakfast, which can run out if you're not quick enough. The breakfast itself was quite limited and not worth the price. There are plenty of places to have breakfast around the hotel, so try that instead!

The Big bath was clean, relaxing, and very pleasant. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of Japanese hood and western food. The variety of breakfast menu was much wider than expected. The Room is small but it’s well furnished and very efficiently designed that the size really did not matter.

It takes about 15 minutes walk to the central area of Fukuoka Hakata. However it was very easy to pick up a taxi. if you do not mind walking for 7 to 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop or station it is very convenient indeed.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel that we decided to stay longer than planned! Beautiful sparkling new hotel with an airy lobby and relaxing sofas on the outdoor patio. The rooms were bigger than the usual Japanese hotel size, and the beds were very comfortable. My favorite was the hot spring bath with the digital art displays. Felt so surreally relaxing. Location was great - lots of cool little places to eat around the hotel and even a local grocer! Walking distances to many major attractions but quiet and serene at night.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit small and the counter had very little space to put your toiletries. The coffee place in the lobby almost always lacked staffing, which was unfortunate since the coffee was quite good quality.

New hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, breakfast have good selection, have 7/11 nearby, have many small restaurants nearby which are always full, walking distance to Canal City, underground shopping mall and street food market

Small hotel room, not near subway, few english speaking staff

- easy self check out - the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were really good. My hair was actually very soft after using a small amount (usually have dry hair) - reception was really nice/ building looked quite modern - room was pretty spacious for a Japanese hotel room - self serve additional amenities (like hairbrush, dental kit) - public bathhouse and sauna - surprisingly spacious even with 15 people in there at the same time

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Adjoining room layout was very convenient for my family. They were able to provide a nice and study baby cot for my 1 year old. Loved the onsen.

The hotel itself was a little bit of a walk (8-10 mins) from the nearest bus or train stop, but there are a lot of little neighborhood restaurants to try.
