The mini getaway from city life. Many of its customers are local japanese people, not foreigners. No random chinese with kids making loud noises, running around, etc etc, where you really want to just tell them off that this is Japan, and have to be mindful about the surroundings. Hot spring water is fully modernise and equipped with proper sauna and icy cold water for you to experience the full proper cycle of onsen. And unlike many hot spring, this is quiet, stayed for 5 days 4 night, at no point in time I felt that it was overcrowded despite the fact that the facilities is shared with 358UMI guest. I can easily count the number of guest in the spring water bath area with 1 hand at any given point in time.

Location is pretty far from Chihaya station, with the last shuttle service at 1930hrs. Typically, city life in Hakata ends at 2000hrs. So it would be perfect if the hotel provided shuttle service at 2030hrs and 2130hrs. The only thing I dislike about the room is not being able to open any windows as I wanted to let fresh air in.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We would like to especially thank Hirotaka for making arrangements for us to make our stay so comfortable, especially with a toddler. We loved the amenities for both adults and children, and really loved the rooms. We did encounter an issue with one of the rooms, but the staff quickly offered us a different and more appropriate room for us to stay in which was wonderful! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again!

The restaurant was quite difficult to book for breakfast and dinner, and although there were many choices, the menu could have been worked on a little more for some variety through the week, especially for guests who stay longer than a few days. It would also be great if there were an ice machine at the lounge by reception instead of us having to go to the 10th floor for ice the. Back up for the drinks. Minor detail, but would be great to have.

Everywhere was very well kept and clean esp the room. Tatami area in the room was brilliant, it was dust free. The staff were amazing and they were very friendly and helpful, they also prepared a birthday card for hubby’s bday. Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices. Onsen was a big bonus esp the outdoor onsen. Access was mainly by car but we chose to stay outside the city so this doesn’t affect us. Carpark was huge and was free to use for those who board. I would love to come again.

Clean and spacious rooms, with kids amenities readily available. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids below 10yo, and there were 4 beds in the room. There were also drinks and coffee at the lobby and space to sit around and relax. Breakfast was great, there is a variety of food and there is a station for sashimi too! The hotel is near Marine World and Seaside park, both are great places to go to with kids! Overally an amazing stay that exceeded my expectations!

Hotel is clean and new. Onsen area is great. There is a lounge area outside the onsen with vending machines, massage chairs and ice sticks, where you can relax and wait for ur family members.

The location. Food wise there is only a food court in the building beside the hotel, and the stalls were mostly closed by 7pm. The hotel’s buffet dinner was fully booked, so do reserve early if don’t intend to drive or travel out of the hotel area.

Breakfast spread is fantastic. We are traveling with the entire family of 13 and the spread is able to satisfy everyone's preference. Modern and clean rooms which we love it. Onsen area serves free ice popsicles and has a quiet area for chilling.

Check in timing is very fixed. Any early check-in is possible but chargable which we feel it is a bit inflexible.

It’s was a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Room size for Japan was nice. Loved the public bath. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing with many great food options. Service was great as expected in most places in Japan.

It was hard to get a taxi back to the airport and no shuttle service. It was far from the station and the taxi ride cost about 5000 yen. Not much to do in the area.

The facilities are very nice and room is spacious in japan standard.

There's no safe deposit box. The minibar and kettle is placed in the wardrobe with no overhead light making it very dim and hard to use. Some places like bed headboard and window are dusty. The location is only accessible by car.

It’s our 2nd visit and I think this hotel is so friendly to children. My daughter was happy about the bath in room, the kid’s breakfast n the lollipop after the public bath. We would like to come again. It’s better to drive here n they have free parking.

Nth really. If the light in the room can be brighter it would be prefect.

The breakfast is good and the facility is clean and quiet. The location is a little bit off and have to pass through industrial area but can’t do much. Good for those who want to stay in the hotel, but not good for those want to go to Hakata/ Tienjin area.
