We loved the hotel and the breakfast, the room was lovely and comfy and spacious, quiet, easy to get into. We would stay again if we are in Ise. Staff was also very kind and helpful. And we met a very nice staff member helping with breakfast who spoke English and was very helpful and friendly.

There was a strong lingering odor of tobacco in the room and toilet, whether from a previous customer or the room was converted from smoking to non-smoking? That was the only issue we had with our stay (my mom has bad lungs and must be cautious about smoke as it can send her to the hospital).

Location was very good and the room was a good size. Good manner and attentiveness from the staff on the front desk. Good space to relax downstairs with free tea/coffee and snacks available.

The price was a little above what I would expect for a Comfort Inn - it was a holiday which may explain that however. The breakfast room area is insufficient for the number of guests when the hotel is busy and felt crowded.

Very close to the station, you can see the building when you exit it. Checkin and checkout process is automated and easy. Nice staff. The room is clean and the location is good. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

More options like cheese and ham would be nice for the breakfast buffet. But that's not a big problem or so.

Right across the street from the station from where we could take the bus to the Iseshi Shrine. Lots of eateries nearby. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Good spread of breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Welcome drinks in the restaurant area with free flow coffee, tea and water.

Great location, just 5mins walk from Ise shi station. Hotel has free drink from afternoon till 24:00. And free breakfast which I didn’t expect to have when making the reservation. Breakfast has many choices and even have special local food. Room is spacious and has window with great view

Everything is great!

They provide free coffee and sweets in the afternoon and evenings. We could chill in their library cafe enjoying the coffee as well as read the books and play board games. it’s really near the Iseshi station and the shopping street that leads to the Ise Outer Shrine

Location is excellent, it is just next to Iseshi station. Also, the hotel has small cafe at the lobby and provides free coffee and snack for all day. It is so convenience.

the room is a bit small but for the price, it is worth it.

Great view of Ise from room. Half block to hotel from Iseshi Station. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop in front of station for 10 minute ride to Ise Jingu. Excellent buffet breakfast included.

Breakfast is simple but good. Choice is more than what I needed. In conclusion, I like it.

If there can be more leaflet of nearby restaurant information or recommendation in English, that will be a lot better.

Good location near Ise station. The breakfast was nice and everything was clean.

The second parking lot was really difficult to find down a narrow street. I'd recommend just using a coin parking lot instead.
