The room was clean and was in the format of other hotel chains in Japan. Clean and amenities provided. I stayed for one night before I had to head to the airport. 5-10 mins walk from Kawasaki train station and around around 15 mins walk from the Keikyu Airport line. Pls bear in mind that the airport trains do not run from Kawasaki train station. The hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and a massage place is also located in the same premises. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi in the room and the bed was comfortable.

I arrived 15 mins earlier than 14:00 (check-in time) and I was made to wait until it was time. I believe this was unnecessary, unless the room was cleaned the last min. Apart from this nothing else.

Sometimes glasses and cups were not washed properly. There were coffee stains on the mugs. The view from my room face another building right in front. Some amenities like coffee should be there in the room. There is no dim lighting in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, larger rooms than other hotels in the same area, the bed was very comfortable, very quiet. I appreciated having a chair so I didn't have to sit on the bed to watch TV

Really boring colour scheme - white and more white. A little colour would be very welcome. The hotel is uninteresting but practical. Definitely needs a bed side light, and USB ports for recharging.

Hotel is in a very good location where u can find many find many food, restaurant and supermarket. The location may seem busy but the hotel itself is quiet allowing peaceful nice sleep. The staff are friendly as well except for the restaurant staff. Hotel is clean and spacious and bed are comfortable. check in and out process is easy and straight forward as well.

Chinese resturant staff a little rude

Hotel is near Kawasaki Station and can do shopping around Kawasaki area. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are bigger than other hotels that I have been. Water bottles are supplied daily. More washing machines are available to use.

Bath room is needed to clean more.

The hotel is at the heart of Kawasaki, which is close to station and major shopping area. I also love the foot massage machine inside the room too.

Please be aware that the parking is a tower elevator parking that might not be able to cater very large cars, and it might be difficult for those who are not used to park in narrow spaces.

Great hospitality. All staff are friendly, approachable and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Location is superb.

TV is a bit old. Need to purchase a card to watch extra content. Cannot connect to new apps like Netflix, HBOgo, disney+, etc. Would be excellent if improve tv systems.

Hotel is very close to multipe train lines and only a very short train ride to the heart of Tokyo. This was significantly cheaper than staying in the main areas of Tokyo and just as convienent. Excellent service, super clean and fantastic staff.

Room not too small, amenity provided Good location, near train station ,many restaurants around familymart is on the first floor.
