Clean, nice room, big and comfortable bed, fast wifi, very nice staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby. Good location, a few minutes walking from Kyoto Station.

Everything was great.

Clean and easy access. The hots are super cool and friendly.

We put one day shortly after 10 and did not get towel replacement - No coffee provided - Not so well connected from the most active part of town - Small flies were in the bathroom - They should more clearly state the hotel address as we went to the annex hotel on the other side of the street (which has the same name)

the room is very large and clean, which comes as a great welcoming treat; the staff are polite, nice, and very helpful; great location for taking the bus to Kansai International Airport, the bus station is just a few minutes' walk away, which is much more convenient than taking the Haruka train, and much more on time.

can't find convenient stores nearby to get some supplies, you need to go several blocks to find one, but perhaps it is due to my not taking enough attention, still, it is not a big deal if you don't mind walking a bit for a change.

Room was spacious. Feels very modern. About 5 minute walk to a bus station that goes to popular touristy areas

We could smell cigarette in the first room we stayed, even though all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking... The staff were kind and helped us switch to another room for free the next day around 11am. The hotel was a little further away from the Kyoto Station than we thought (maybe over 15 minutes, as we had to navigate around the huge train station while dragging our heavy luggages...)

We liked the location. Comfortable bed, warm and quiet. Our room faced east with a great view of the sunrise over the hills. The room was large enough for two. The tea kettle and refrigerator were good to have and there’s a microwave and toaster oven in the downstairs seating area that you can use to heat up some takeout. Also a convenience store is about 5 minutes away and several restaurants even closer.

Modern hotel, quite central to strain station. It is new and whereas they have all the equipment in readiness for offering breakfast, currently it is not available. Tea, coffee and water are all freely available in what will be their dining area. There is coffee and tea making facility in the room. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

It was fine as a hotel. If anything all the stains on the corridor carpets.

We loved staying here. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and the bath was actually quite big. They had lots of amenities downstairs such as free tea and coffee, water, toothbrushes etc. They also let us keep our bags before and after check in. Also not too far from the train station (10 mins walk) Overall we really enjoyed our stay and very reasonably priced.

Slightly out of the centre but not really an issue for us.

Breakfast was good, but not great.

We had only one pillow per bed. I asked for an additional pillow and was told that they didn’t have any, and one pillow was all we could have. The next morning I asked the girl behind the counter, and she agreeably provided two more pillows for us. The sink/shower spigot system was not designed well. We couldn’t keep the shower from spraying outside of the tub area.
