Extremely clean apartment with excellent facilities. Despite its location being about 2.4klms from Kyoto Railway station there were some excellent eating places, all within a short distance of the Apartment. Our favourite one was Karu about 4 mins walk away on the main road diagonally opposite Life Supermarket. We went there on 3 nights out of 7....service and food were first class and prices very reasonable. Husband and wife team. Also, you have 3 supermarkets all within a short distance from the apartment. The bus stop to take you to Kyoto station was only 4 mins away near Family Mart. I would stay again.

It is not a 2 bedroom apartment. They have put 2 single beds in the lounge area. you have 2 single beds in the actual bedroom.

It was clean and confortable and the staf was quick to answer all of our questions.

Although there are lots of good restaurants very close by, it is a bit far from the all the interesting parts of Kyoto. Before checking in, I kept receiving messages ( more than 10 of them) asking for my credit card number and a 60000 yen deposit. It took several e mails, with different staf members until I received a clarification. The deposit is requested only for guests with car rentals. Sice I did not rent a car I kept receiving these emails by mistake.

Great location, very easy to access, nice and clean interior, great price!!! The location was really great; an amazing restaurant, a Family Mart, and bus stops were all so nearby!

It was a 1-bedroom apartment advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment -- beds in the living room and beds in the partitioned room. (I was perfectly fine with it, especially for the price, but my elderly parents were very irritated by it, and went and got a different hotel for themselves after the first night. They felt a "2 bedroom" would have more privacy than this apartment had, but I'm inclined to think they didn't look at the listing carefully enough.) This was our only problem!

-looks newly renovated -very clean -had everything we needed:big bathroom, kitchen+sitting area, washing machine+drying system in bathroom -cleaning lady was super nice and very helpful + good English -email replies came fast -enough space to leave 3 suitcases open -comfortable beds (not too hard) -supermarket,Daiso and Sukiya was in vicinity -1-13min to bus (depending were unwanted to got to), and 20min to train

-more storage place/shelf/cupboard for clothes would be great - or more coat hangers -toilet paper was way too less for one week. We took some ourselves at reception <- which was never manned -info that the small black display at the door is the number pad would have been great. Luckily, the cleaning lady was there and we were able to ask her how to open the door

The property was very beautiful and spacious! :) I adored how pet friendly this property was. The dog toys and bed made me wish I brought my little buddy along too! But the room itself was spacious enough for a party of 4 to stay comfortably a few days. The location is also really close to a bus stop, train station, grocery store, Daiso and multiple conbinis. Very convenient place to stay! Even though there were no staff at the property physically, reaching out to them via Booking.com was easy. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had at a prompt rate. I definitely recommend staying here! :)

Surprisingly good access to bus routes to many locations across Kyoto. Very close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it was a breath of fresh air to be away from the crowded tourist areas. There's a shopping centre about 15 walk away and so many supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The bus stops are very close and not crowded at all unlike what we witnessed at the station. So easy to get wherever you wanted to go. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, for the 4 of us, with teenaged children.

Not so many restaurants around but that was a trade off for being in a quiet residential area.also, ad was a little misleading, there is no living area, it is taken up by the other 2 beds. No bedheads either, the beds were up against the sliding glass door.

This property is exceptional. It has a touch of luxury about it. The room itself was very large. Ample storage throughout. Large entry area with a big shoe cupboard. Key code entry so don’t worry about losing your key. The beds were very comfy and we had a small balcony so the apartment was sunny and bright. The bathroom had all modern features and strong hot shower. I loved that the shower room had a clothes drying setting. About a 16 minute walk to station but very close to bus stops which we used most of the time. Two large supermarkets and a Daiso nearby, as well as restaurants.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Probably the best accommodation for the money that we have stayed in so far.

Everything was exceptional.

The appartment was absolutely lovely and very confortable! The staff, although not on site, is easily reachable through booking and they were always quick to answer if we had any question. Everything about this flat was as described, very very clean, easily accessible, well equiped. We were 4 and we didn't feel like we were on each other's toes. It was a really nice flat to stay in and a calm neighborhood too. Buses stops are 1min to 3min walk max, train stations aren't very far either. Overall a wonderful accomodation!

The apartment was one stop from Kyoto station and a 15 minute walk from the station. We had difficulty finding a bus to the station so we did that 15 minute walk twice a day. It was kind of a deal breaker. If I knew when I booked, and although the apartment was larger, I would have found somewhere within a 10-15 minute walk of Kyoto station because that was always where where we left from, rather than change train lines, go one station and then the 15 min walk.

Although the apartment was a generous size, the sensor light outside the bathroom disturbed the one in the adjacent bedroom every time the person in the other bedroom used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Eventually we covered it over. Also, whilst the apartment had a washing machine and drying rack, there was no iron or ironing board, which was a pity. There wasn’t any room to put your suitcases, apart from the spare beds. It would be difficult for 4 people using the apartment. The kitchen was very minimal, just one hot plate and a microwave. We thought there was room to provide more bench space which would have been more convenient.
