Comfortable, clean beds, sheets and towels. Free breakfast and amenities. Pretty good for the cost. Good view of the city from the hotel.

Car parking at the hotel isn't guaranteed. Though there's a big parking lot for visitors to the university hospital which can be used for free. But need to carry heavy luggage upto the hotel manually. If not for the luggage, then it's a short walk.Toilet size is small, and pillows can be hard.

1) The rooms we got were clean with large comfortable beds. 2) The information in the room about the hotel, it’s facilities and other useful information was well presented. 3) The breakfast buffet had a good assortment of dishes ranging from traditional Japanese new year dishes to Western breakfast dishes.

1)The room walls were a bit thin 2) When we checked in the clerk noted down our license plate number. So we assumed that we would have parking but every night when we got back there was no space. We had to park in a nearby car park. If the hotel could be a bit clearer on whether or not parking is reserved for hotel guest that would be good

Big open place with cleanliness and nearby park and other spots for kids and family for outing. I recommend this hotel for family.

Brush, soaps were given at reception which usually should be inside room. Also car parking should be enough for such big hotel, we needed to use paid parking.

Friendly staff, clean facility and our room was amazing! The staff help us get our room close together in the same floor. The experience for us was amazing!

The only thing is the breakfast line was too long maybe have two lines? But the food was delicious

Very big and convenient hotel to see around the area, Nikko and Utsunomiya. Breakfast included was good! We even could take a bento for lunch. Places around to eat.

I’m used to a more Western style breakfast but overall I’m in Japan and it’s good! Sometimes parking gets packed.

I like the city view and the cost for 8 people was very cheap where the given value was really good quality.

Although I really liked the free breakfast but drinks were extremely cold and not drinkable almost.

We asked for high floor quiet room and that is what we got. Good self parking. Close to restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was very poor so didn’t bother with it on our 2nd morning.

There wasn’t a lot to do unless u took a train to another city. Locally you need to rent a vehicle to get around or rent a bicycle. Not a lot of restaurants or tourists shops around.

Looks like the hotel was recently opened, everything still looked like brand new. Rooms were on the small side, no space to open a large suitcase. The beds were firm, but still managed to get a good night sleep.

Price was unbeatable.

Clean room. Free breakfast. Plus they provide takeaway box so that you can bring the breakfast to your own room.

Some of the foods were already finished when I arrived at the breakfast hall.
