The apartment was very comfortable and well decorated, located in the hills next to the JR Nagasakieimae. The ofurô was a special touch after a long day walking. We were also walking distance to the Wharf and other attractions. Check in was unmanned and easy. There’s lots of small shops and restaurants nearby, in addition to the shopping mall at the Nagasaki station.

The window was fitted with a dark curtain but it was too short so the early morning sun disrupted our sleep. I’d suggest the property switches the curtain to a longer one. The walk uphill with luggage under the 37C sun can be challenging (there’s steep stairs on the way), but if you take a taxi it’s not a problem.

Fantastic location; large room with kitchenette and lounge; quiet location but very convenient; close to station, tram, bus and shopping. Highly recommended for those who want a large, convenient, apartment-style accommodation.

If you have mobility issues, this location could be an issue. Nagasaki has a lot of hills and this location is no exception - the fastest route to the accommodation involves a couple of flights of stairs and a couple of short, but steep, slopes.

it’s huge space n clean close to Nagasaki station

got to walk up the slope n up the stairs with our bags which is difficult the check in gave us lots of difficulty the check in machine were spoilt n we could check in Praise God we meet a very nice handsome n kind hearted Japanese young boy who helped us a lot n finally got checked in on the 24th Jan at night.

Hotel is a short walk from Nagasaki station. Room was clean and very spacious for our group size. Check-in and out was easy

There was only one laundry machine shared between all rooms, so it was a bit of a hassle having to take turns using it. Bit of a walk to the main shopping/entertainment area of Hamamachi and Shiambashi

I like the room very much. It's really clean and comfortable. The location is also really good. Just 2 min walk from Nagasaki Bus Station. And also, it's very reasonable compared to "business hotel". There's a range of basic kitchen utensils too like cups, spoons, plates etc. There's also a washing machine downstairs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here and will definitely come back again!

All amenities were amazing. Clean and modern

Location can be a bit tricky if you are not too mobile. Stairs in the neighborhood could be tough for some. Otherwise, awesome, New building Only problem was when we checked in, 6pmish, the touch screen didn't work. We called help number and good room door code so easy solution

Super convenient location - 5 mins from Nagasaki JR station and tram. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Modern clean and comfortable room - great for a family as had 4 beds. Was also a bonus to find a free washing machine and drier.

It was a little hard to find (but that is normal in Japan as streets are not well signed)

This apartment was perfect for just a couple of nights in Nagasaki. It's very conveniently located to restaurants, family mart etc. Right near the Church of 26 Martyrs and other interesting attractions. Very quiet too.

The door lock was a bit of a trick but eventually we got the hang of it. Otherwise all good.

The property was very clean, quiet, and close to the Nagasaki station. We were looking for a room for 5 people, so the room was perfect. we had 2 people sharing a double bed, however. You can easily contact staff from the tablet in your room, although they are not around.

it was on a steep hill. If you have large luggage to carry around, you should be aware of that.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. Within easy walking distance of many sites and very near to the train station. Check in was easy and simple. Everything was as you would want it to be.

There are other Grand Base Hotels nearby so be careful to go to the correct one.
