Location is excellent, one short block away from a big indoor shopping center and another block in other direction to a monorail station. If you like Japanese foods, with some western dishes for breakfast, you’ll love the buffet they have on the top (18th) floor. Staff was always polite and accommodating. Hotel has clean (and cheap!) coin laundry machines.

Rooms do not have a safe; but you can leave valuables in a bag, with receipt, at the front desk.

The location was exceptional. I was near Naha Main Place Mall, T Galleria (DFS), within walking distance to Kokusia Street, the Museum, the Catholic Church, 20 minutes to Naha Airport, and many other restaurants. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels and toiletries daily. Parking was available for 1,100 yen daily. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Keep up the good work! Thank you to our Daiwa taxi going to the airport! The gentleman was very nice and professional. Overall, my wife and I highly recommend this hotel and we will be loyal Daiwa Roynet Hotel customers going forward when we return to Japan.

The bed was too hard. I would highly recommend making it a little bit more comfortable for more people. Only 2 pillows for 2 people. Both pillows were firm. Please consider a softer pillow as an option.

Everything, especially the spacious room with enough place for desk, and enough left for practicing daily routine, with chair and side table to read, hearty breakfast, nice views to the city and sea, and 4 min walk to Omoromachi station that takes you to the airport. The location is near Naha Main shopping mall that has massage services and cinema as well as restaurants, short walking distance to the museum of art, and a few other shopping areas like Uniqlo, Sports Deco, Muji among others.

No shelves to store the clothes, no bed light/ lamp for reading, and breakfast has almost no change of food selection for all 7 days I stayed there.

Good svc from staff - one staff helped me with booking of taxi to catch my flight, and good that he was able to converse in Mandarin which made it easier. Room was spacious, clean. The pillow was flat and hard, but when I informed room svc, I had softer pillows sent to me very quickly.

Not sure if we walked the wrong way, it was quite a difficult walk from the train station for my elderly 80+ years old parents as it was a slight steep slope. No issue for younger adults. Overall still good value in location, just 4 train stops away from kokusai dori

Great location nearby DFS, Naha Main Place shopping center and the Museum. Room was clean with a nice view of the surrounds. The breakfast buffet is a must with a spectacular view from the 18th floor and a nice selection of foods—both local and traditional.

The room fridge is tiny and the bathroom is a combination type with shower room, toilet and sink—tough with two people. The restaurant and the hotel seem to be run separately. We asked the front desk if we needed reservations that night to eat at the restaurant and he said to call the restaurant—which is fine. But when my guests arrived and we went to the restaurant, it was closed for a private party despite signs in multiple locations of the hotel promoting the restaurant. I felt the front desk person should have known about the private party that night but he didn't seem to know.

Very convenient, walking distance to omoromachi monorail station and Naha main place. Provided small packs of cleansing oil, facial wash, and so many other essential items at lobby. Huge room and sufficient space for family of 4. Amazed by the size of the toilet.

Bed was quite stiff, stayed for 8 nights so body was aching quite abit.

Location is considered okay as it is near the monorail Omoromachi Station (but not super close). It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room is clean, but I have little suggestion on the pillow, which is too small that I got little neck pain the next morning. Suggest changing a bigger size pillow. The breakfast is okay without too many choices.

Location, is my priority always. This hotel is near the Omoromachi monorail (Yui Rail) station, and the bus station. This hotel is just opposite the Duty Free mall (DFS) and Naha Main Place. The room is big! They have nice drip coffee, bath tub, body wash towel, fantastic view of the city.

Booked a double bed room, and it was really spacious and very cheap! Definitely will be very good for a family with kids as well. The room was clean. The breakfast were quite good with some varieties as well.

The lobby and reception are located in the "L" floor, which is technically located on the and not in the ground (or first floor). Thus, we had to take the elevator first to get the key, and it could be confusing for people who cannot read Japanese (especially English direction is quite minimal).

Good location. Walking distance to shopping. Close to monorail station. Very good buffet breakfast. Rooms clean. Staff friendly.
