Love the space! Good size for family of 4. Comfortable bedding and mattress. Love the convenient of 1 stop touch screen access for lights, aircon, and room cleaning near the bed. Their slippers is awesomely comfortable, relief the aches of sole after a day of walking. Loves the supplies of amenties.

Breakfast variety is the same everyday.. is a good 15mins walk to JR namba station but 5mins walk from nankai namba line. So it depends on traveller. Is not a minus point as is very convenient for travelling to and from kansai airport.

location. The staff didn’t tell about detail direction from JR or Subway, so it’s very hard to get to the hotel the first day arrive. Actually, from namba walk exit 4, via namba park, it’s very easy to get to the hotel.

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, the room was like a studio with a little kitchenette, separate laundry with a washer/dryer combination and we had a fairly large bathtub great for hot baths during the cold weather. The stay was very comfortable as the room size is larger than the average Japanese hotel room size. The hotel is quite new so everything was very clean and well maintained. We were very appreciative of the Starbucks drink machine downstairs at reception level - it is self serve and you can get your daily dose of coffee or hot chocolate so conveniently. We were quite lucky to have chosen this hotel during this period in January we didn’t know that it coincided with the Toka Ebisu Festival between the 9th and 11th. The streets parallel to the hotel were lined with so many food stalls and the atmosphere was great! There was a Lawson just about 50 meters away so we were never short of any snacks, food or drinks. If you like shopping then you will be in the right place, it is close to malls, shops and is also right next to Yamada Denki LABI1 Namba - one of the biggest home electronics retail store in Japan.

It was quite a long walk to the different subway lines about 750m away, but you can either stroll outside along the Namba Park shopping area or within the mall itself if it is raining. So it is not really a problem as there are a lot of shops and things to do and see on the way.

Excellent location. Easy walk to both Namba station and also a couple of smaller stations which were simpler & less confusing to use. Loved the free drinks and lounge area on level 2. Level 2 also leads directly out to a Lawsons and Kura sushi restaurant. Not many washing machines but there’s a laundromat just down the road. Good amount of charging ports in the room and we appreciated being able to choose full room clean or eco clean each day.

We had 3 to a room which was rather cramped and not much room for luggage, but that seems rather standard for Japan. Our room looked directly onto a train line. I actually quite enjoyed watching the trains, but I guess this might bother some people, so I thought it’s worth a mention. It was quiet though as the windows are thick. Loved the free drinks, but several times the hot drinks had run out, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of sightseeing.

Hotel is located quite close to train station, around 500 meters or 6 min walk to Midosuji line. Travel from Kansai airport to hotel via Nankai-Airport line is super easy and walk from train station to hotel through Namba Walks and access hotel on 2nd floor. Room space is quite decent, not too small compared to other hotel with same rate. Bathroom is big with bathtub and shower. Reception area is on 2nd floor. Amenity is also free to picked on 2nd floor. Welcome drink is offer at reception every day with Starbucks coffee machine. Microwave and iron are offered near elevator on each floor. Self check-in and check-out kiosk is very convenient. A lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. Lawson is adjacent to hotel on 2nd floor.

Not enough hook and hanger to hang clothes.

Clean and spacious for a hotel in Japan. Spacious bathroom! Nice staff and complimentary drinks in the obby was a bonus! Location was fantastic and safe. 10 minutes may seem like a far walk to the subway station but it felt like 5-6 minute walk since you are walking through the outdoor mall and not just a regular sidewalk along the road. The different floors on your map could get confusing but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Lots of stores and people around and the walk was easy with level grounds and escalators. Only 3 laundry machines but you can check the availability on the TV.

The dryers don't dry clothes very well but you can pop over to the department store next door and buy 10 hangers for $2cad and hang your clothes! Clothes were dry by the end of the day

The hotel is very close to Namba underground station. We booked the room with kitchen corner and had washing/drying machine in the bathroom. They had a microwave, one hotplate, a small fridge, plates, glasses, even a sponge and a washing up liquid. We could adjust the thermostat. There are machines with free cold and hot drinks at the reception. They work with the company that can deliver your luggage to the airport. On your way to the underground station you go through some shops - there are more shops inside - like 8 floors of them - with a big foodcourt on the top floor. If you don't mind a little more walk, the Life supermarket is amazing! You just buy their fresh made food and can eat it after warming up in a micro, or not :) Also take a look on the second floor. It is opened quite late.

The reception asks you to check-in/out yourself on machines - and it almost never works :) If you need to throw away garbage a bit larger than their tiny trash basket, you need to put a special stamp on it. You get only 3, but can get more at the reception. Make sure you order cleaning on a wall tablet before 10 a.m. Or Don't disturb. The tablet has night mode :) Free toothpaste/brush etc on the reception.

Location : 10/10 walking distance to Namba train station and all eateries and shopping mall. 15 mins walk to dotonburi and shinsaibashi Facilities : 9/10 booked superior twin room (9th floor), room a bit small but it comes with club lounge which have free starbucks coffee, soft drink, beer and simple snacks. Clealiness : 9/10 quite clean Amenities : 10/10 free amenities on 2nd floor and room

Service needs improvement, more smile... :) Service : 5/10 not that good experience though, there is a male receptionist which was super friendly, but others not so, lack of smile ... especially in the restaurant (morning breakfast), i think they might be feeling not happy or stressfull thats why their face looked quite tiring and stressfull..

Accessible to the mall, convenient stall, train and what surprise me is that there is a Starbucks coffee corner for all guests and it’s free of charge. Last but not least, there is a corner displaying plenty of toiletries and skin care - Sekkisei MYV available to all guests. Thanks for entirely customers experience and we will definitely return to stay at this hotel again 🙏🙏🙏

House keeping service. Our daughter lost her favourite toy which was placed on the bed. We would expect it to return to us after few days of losing it despite highlighted to them. Thinking that the housekeeper would have wrapped it together with other things without checking… anyway nothing we could do about it.

Hotel was near to eateries, malls and namba train station. Takashimaya.was within walking distance too. Comfy bed and good complimentary skincare provided. I purchase same skincare frm KIX duty free upon departing frm Osaka after trying the skincare provided at Keihan. There were cold drinks and starbucks machine provided at 2nd floor alongside with front desk for hotel guests.

No communal bath in this hotel One out of the 3 washers was out of service. The remaining 2 washers are often in use 24/7. I managed to get 1 empty slot at 4am in the morning to do some laundry..
