Staff are all helpful, especially the Korean guy. I'm not korean. But he can speaks English really well. The ladies also. Some don't speak English, but they are really helpful using the device translator. They even helped me moved my hotel booking for another hotel in Tokyo for 2 days, because I want to extend 2 more days in this hotel. I loved Osaka. Small is room but perfect for solo female Asian traveller like me. I like the cleanliness and quietness. Its my first solo trip. I'm glad I found this place. Such a blessing!

Location is great , except when it's close to midnight. A bit dark, so I make sure I go home by midnight because I'm alone and I just walk

the only problem I have with this hotel is there is no top sheet on the beds- only a thick duvet. I have stayed in the same hotel about twelve times in the last two years- in every season and it’s the same all year-no sheet. so I wake up during the night either too hot or too cold! of course, hotel guests can choose the AC / heating temperature themselves. For me a sheet would make a difference. as I said though, I’ve stayed there twelve times! so the lack of sheet doesn’t put me off.

I made my booking thru Booking.com for 2 people. I got the confirmation only for 1 person, so I sent 2 emails to the hotel & 1 to Booking.com for the clarification. No one replied my enquiry. No WONDER that I need to pay extra for 2 persons :( Won't use Booking.com any more.

The breakfast is subpar, lacking quality, and the room cleaning can be confusing and inconsistent. With some adjustments, it has the potential to offer a better overall experience.

The location is great, the stuff is friendly and kind, and the breakfast option, although not very diverse, is nice and at a great value.

The room itself was a bit dusty, especially on the wall on top of the bed. I know it sounds petty, but I do have asthma, and with the "no opening windows" policy and no air circulation in the room, it can be harmful. As for the no opening the window in the room, it would have been nice to have been informed of it in advance, especially since the window itself is not see-through, so the room feels a bit claustrophobic.

Very friendly staff which understood enough English to help with basic needs. Staff had a live translator which was very helpful as well. The price which we booked the hotel could not be beat and the location is very convenient for what my wife and I were planning to do. It was a perfect location to have as a hub in Osaka. Also this was one of the best AC units in any of our hotels in Japan, would recommend this place if you plan to stay in the summer

The room was extremely small, if you plan to have 2+ suitcases in the room you may want to use a top-loader. There were no bells or whistles but you get what you pay for and the price was un-beatable.

Location is within walking distance to namba nankai station to airport, close to metro nipponbashi station and kintetsu nipponbashi station. Kuromon market is literally just next door. Dotonbori is also a short distance away. If you are feeling lazy, there is breakfast offered at only 300 yen which you can order the day before. Staff is very helpful and we can keep our luggage before and after our stay :). Bed is comfy. Water pressure is great. Coin laundry is available though we did not use it.

Bathroom size is small. Room size is tolerable since we are just sleeping there. The fridge is not a fridge but a freezer. The fruit stored became frozen. Hope that they can provide at least a free bottle of mineral/drinking water daily :)

Everything! I really love this hotel and the location. They are super foreigner friendly and the cost was perfect! It's a 10 minute walk or less to 2 good stations. It's a food place in walking distance in every direction and it's right next to the Kuromon Market.

That the windows were covered in a film so you couldn't see out them. BUT I'm sure this is because of the sun!

Superb location. Right next to hotel is the kuromon market. Breakfast is never repeating at the market where one could find delicious sushi, sashimi, wahyu beef, barbeque seafood, flavorful oden, super cheap and good strawberries etc etc. Slow walk about 8-10 min can reach namba station. Still have a bathtub in the toilet though the room is very small.

Room is too small, can't open the big size luggage on the floor. The humidifier does not have clear English instruction, ended up we turned on the wrong function and skin became too dry and painful.

Geographic position was good Good value for money overall
